It is in need of TLC, deck unsafe due to rooting wood. Wallpaper rip, curtains coming off track. Couch old and stained.

Gar nichts! Es war eine absolute Katastrophe!
- Bei Einzug ins Zimmer fand sich ein benutzter Löffel im Bett.
- Die Matratzen sind völlig durchgelegen, sodass man im Liegen die Holzlatten und die Metallstreben des Bettgestelles im Rücken spürt. Selbst 2 Matratzen übereinander haben nicht geholfen. Ich hab die Rückenschmerzen meines Lebens.
- Der Herd in der Küche funktioniert nicht. Wir haben 1,5 Stunden gebraucht um Nudeln zu kochen. Und gekocht hat das Wasser nicht einmal, es wurde nur gerade so heiß.
- Es gab keine Gabeln in der Küche, sodass wir mit Löffel und Messer unsere Spaghetti essen mussten.
- Es gab kein Bettbezug. Das wurde weder in der Beschreibung noch in einer Nachricht erwähnt. Wir sollten 12 NZD für die eine gebuchte Nacht pro Person zahlen. Da wir einen Hüttenschlafsack haben, haben wir uns damit beholfen. Aber es ist ein Unding und eine Frechheit, dass nicht einmal zu erwähnen.
- Das Wasser im Badezimmer floss durchgehend aus dem Wasserhahn am Waschbecken. Absolute Verschwendung.

One super unfriendly indian staff, blame us for coming late at 7pm even though their check-in time stated until 930pm.

According to the offer, the double room is with toilet and shower ensuit. The room was very tidy with 2 single beds, a very smal TV, a mirror and on stool. Despite paying for two nights, I only stayed for one night due to the poor option.

It smelt really bad. Had a sense of something smelly everywhere you went. Kitchen bathroom and room in general. My room was missing a lightbulb. No smoke alarm. Had holes all over the place plus a resident spider living above the door. Which had a broken window latch

NO TOILET PAPER AT ALL.
NOT EVEN ANY TYPE OF ANY OTHER PAPER OR TISSUE.
I HAD JUST CHECKED IN AT NIGHT TIME AND I DIDN'T HAVE ANYBODY TO ASK FOR IT.
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! THERE SHOULD ALWAYS BE A SPARE ROLL.
IT'S UNACCEPTABLE THEY DIDN'T REFILL IT BEFORE MY CHECK-IN AND UNACCPETABLE THERE WASN'T NOTHING AS A SPARE.

Good location central in the city, and for cheap budgets! Had the amenities you would want (showers and kitchen), allowed late check in and came out for it once understood.
Didn’t feel clean, amenities were basic but still didn’t feel good (kitchen felt dirty), bad communication beforehand to arrange late check in.

Terrible showers - didn't last as long as the instructions said and went from being boiling hot to freezing cold.

Self contained Cabin we stayed in was not clean, mould and dirt on inside windows. No towels, so I had to ask for some and when we received towels they were damp and very old. No sugar or milk provided. Power went out at 7pm, had to go find owner to get that sorted. Old linen on beds. Communal kitchen was very cold, and had no heating. Place needs a good upgrade.

The room had rubbish from a previous occupant, the room smelt very strongly of cigarettes, there was only one light in the room where there was two fittings and the end of the room was not very well lit. There was no chair for the desk

Room smelt like cigarette smoke, heater didnt work so the room was very cold, i wasn't advised I had to bring my own blankets.

Location was good. Easy walking distance to supermarkets and centre of town
The smell in the room. The showers and toilets were ok. Could definitely be cleaner. The property is dated. Very difficult to get in touch with staff. Waited around for them for quite a long time and hard to contact by phone as they were off site. They pointed out a phone number on the sliding door but it was faded and said it was only for emergencies.

Run down, grotty , rubbish bins overflowing. Glad we only had one night.

All the noise - road noise from boy racers etc. hardly slept. Would not recommend this place for this reason unless desperate and didn't mind no sleep.
