The hotel is very noisy as the doors squeeks when you open and closes them. There was a fight in the hallway with the other guests at 10:30pm and had to call the reception twice for them to quite them down

Not much, it was scruffy in the extreme and moderately dirty. There multiple broken fittings. The only parking option cost $16 a night but that had to be booked ahead of time.

I felt the photos were misleading, this property is clearly set up for multiple individual rentals. There are locks on the bedroom doors and a communal kitchen/ lounge. There is no lounge or TV in the unit we had only in the bedrooms. We only stayed 1 of the 2 nights we paid for it was so bad.

The 2 bedroom apartment was not as per the photo’s advertised, it was not an apartment, it did not have a lounge, no couch, no dining table. A kitchenette, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The bedrooms were damp and smelly, we were told they had 2 king beds which they were doubles. The bathroom was dirty with mould and hair on walls. No double glazing, you could hear all the traffic. There was humming in all rooms which may have been the heating which resulted in no sleep.

Communication very poor. Not even booked into complex prior to earliet booking

The way the complex was advertised. Later found out shared facilities, no parking except on main street, Tay Street. Office lady very unhelpful and kept apologising. Paid via credi card for accommodation, did not stay at premises as not what we expectec for the money. Could not get immediate refund and told will be given after one to three business days. Monies requied for alternative accommodation. Paid by EFTPOS, money was to be refunded via credit card. Very disappointed and would like this to be treated as a complaint and documented.

The size of the room was great. They had many facilities including access to the gym close by. Check-in staff were great!

Room could be cleaner. Mould in the shower. Check out staff were not friendly / approachable. Didn’t like the constructive feedback.

Location was good ,walking distance to all necessary amenities.

Poor ventilation in rooms,even we have to ask for fans for our rooms.

I can’t say I liked much about the property. The bed was comfy and that was about it.

I assumed this would be the same as Ibis in the UK (being from the UK). The place was filthy. There was dust all over the toilet, pubes on the back of the toilet seat, hair on the towels, grease on the kitchen table. The woman on reception was pretty rude.

It does not seem to be a regular hotel. It is sort of an apartment. Location is good but apart from that there is nothing special

The rooms were ok, floor was a bit sticky in the kitchen area. One of the windows was not sealed and cold air was passing in.
