We booked 3 of their condo units when we stayed in Tagaytay to celebrate my niece's birthday. It was a breeze booking them in booking.com. The owner/ admin was very responsive and accommodating. Each unit was typical of 1 unit condo, but it was designed to maximize room space. The decor was also nice. We liked the personalized greeting "sign" that were placed in each room. Free Netflix. Very near restaurants and 7-11.

There was no signal for cable on the TV inside the bedroom. The one in the living room is working well.

Convenient

Small but charming unit, beautifully laid out and with true care. Exceptionally clean, nice towels, toiletries and a small but adequate balcony overlooking a rare bit of farm land where we watched the clouds and mist roll in from lake Taal. very helpful staff and our thanks to Mark for going the extra mile when we had to extend our stay. Top marks and well deserved.

Nice room close to the center of Tagaytay. Beds were comfortable, the a/c worked well. You have also a balcony in your room. The host is very friendly and the key transfer was easy. At our arrival the portiers called him by phone and he came and show us the flat. There is a rooftop view. Take the elevator to the 23th floor and walk to the Exit signs, there you have to walk one floor up and you have the view over the town. Looks like there were not many mosquitos there, because the flat was in the 7th floor of that building.

Rooms were very tiny, but had all you need. The fridge has a bowl for collecting the cooling water and I think it was full, so the floor was a little bit wet around the fridge. But there was nothing which was bad.

it is very small and the partition is not floor to ceiling and so provides very little sound insulation between bed area and kitchen area. but this was all made very clear from the photos so we were prepared for it

The room was very cosy. Perfect place to get the jetlag out of me. I absolutley love the colours of the apartment, it gave me peace. Especially loved the welcome message.

This is not really a issue, but for me it was. I am European and 6 feet tall. The bathroom and comfor room wasn't designed for my size hahaha. But my Filipino companion had no issues with it ofcourse. I just bumped my knees sitting on the toilet.

Excellent experience, request for early check-in was approved. Clean and cozy place for relaxation.

It’s situated near the malls. Unit is clean. Theme of the unit is good. 2 TVs but we just used 1.

Small toilet space; my husband is 6’1” and was uncomfortable whenever he uses the restroom. Too bright at night so it was hard to sleep; light was coming from the Metro Mall I guess.. maybe change the curtains to a blackout-type..
