When it comes to the pool, I hope you’ll get it a heater since it’s the center of the hotel. Much better if people can relax in the pool. Because your hotel is located in the Upland.

The room is okay but furniture is a bit old already and should be replaced already.

1. The view. They should have told in the room description that the view is just partial view of the lake and the volcano. It is described incorrectly saying the room has a balcony with the view of the lake and volcano. The staff tried to get us better room but unfortunately it was fully booked already when we checked in. This could have been avoided if only they indicated that the room we booked only has partial view. Hence, overall, I felt very disappointed feeling that the price I paid was not worth it for the view. If not for my mom who has disability that really need to have some rest already, I would have left. 2. Old furniture need replacement. With that price, the management should make sure it is up to the standards.

The view is amazing and it's perfect for a couple of days rest by the pool.

Facilities are a bit ageing. Quite some noise from the hall way, and there was some water dripping in the bathroom the hotel couldn't fix that made it difficult to sleep at night
