We liked the location as it's close to Oxford Street. We also really appreciated the service we received from the staff team as everyone was very pleasant and accommodating. From front of house to laundry, house keeping, to catering, and bar staff to security, the service was brilliant. We would like to give a shout out to Aaron, Moses's brother who always make himself available to transport us to and from the many destinations that we travelled to and from, Emmanuel, for ironing our clothes and getting my wife's trousers stitch after it go ripped, Stephanie, head chef and all the rest of the kitchen staff for the lovely meals, Shelley at reception who always check on us to see if we need house cleaning and Robert, the bar staff who sat and listened to me playing my Jamaican music. we really appreciate you all and will definitely be back sometime after April next year, God's willing. Oh!! and we loved the sunshine, the fresh rain and the soft water that we used to shower. How could we forget the lovely jelly coconuts and fresh fruit from Oxford Street.

Gutes Frühstück und ruhige Lage

First time in Ghana and perfect first accommodation. I loved it there. Lovely clean and comfortable room with microwave and fridge. Good shower, with a nice bar of soap and towels. Comfortable bed. Lots of storage. All the staff were lovely welcoming and really helpful. The hotel has two balcony areas and one with a bar. Great for lounging. The food was good. The hotel is about 10mins walk from the centre plenty of restaurants, bars and shops for the essentials. WiFi was pretty consistent. I felt safe as a solo female at the hotel and around Osu. I would stay again in a heart.

No choices for vegetarian breakfast. Just veg omelette and bread/toast. It would have been nice to have had a choice of fruit and fruit juice. Would have been good to have a kettle in the room as well. There was a problem with the ceiling lights one which kept flashing. The T. V signal wasn't working. I didn't raise these issues with the hotel as it wasn't too much of a problem for me.

I enjoyed the room's cleanliness. My apartment was cleaned daily, with new towels provided.

Less variety at breakfast. Diversify your diet with new items. For instance, it was always pancake, fried egg and toasted tiny bread.

only issue was the washroom easily getting wet n making the floor wet n slippery at danger of slippery. no drains or wet towel to dry the spilled over water from the bathroom
