Highly recommended

We have stayed here previously and because we enjoyed it we returned and enjoyed our stay again. The flat is self contained, very clean and tidy. Helen and John, the owners, do a wonderful job providing a well stocked kitchen and bathroom. After a welcome briefing, including tourist information, by Helen, we were completely independent and free to do our own thing. Thank you for a nice stay Helen and John.

The property was better than expected with every thing one would need for both us and our dog. Hosts were delightful people who welcomed us and dog warmly

We enjoyed staying in this apartment very much, particularly the combination of 1980s style bricks, woodwork, and real character with up to date accessories - except for the absence of wifi, necessitating use of a mobile hot spot. The only slight drawback is the distance out of town, making a car essential, and the not particularly interesting setting (though the farmlet is lovely, as is the birdlife, especially the fairy wrens)

A perfect place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city but not too far away from the magnificent coastline. Helen and John are wonderful hosts. The unit was neat and tidy and had everything we needed and more. Our four legged fur child was greeted warmly and also thoughtfully catered for. We would have no hesitation in staying again and highly recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Our stay here was fantastic. Our hosts were lovely, the unit was perfect, lots of little special extras, our dogs were made most welcome and comfortable, with treats and beds. We loved the huge gardens and surrounding area, with easy access to Warrnambool central and the beaches. Everything was just lovely. We highly recommend this property.

Tucked away between Warrnambool and Port Fairy, this little farmhouse flat is cosy, comfortable, clean and beautifully equipped. The host is attentive, the garden surrounds are lovely.

Test run at taking my border collie for a short break away...very comfortable accomodation & great set up for the dog. Both happy to stay again!

Very nice, like you're staying at your family's holiday home, clean, cozy and a very nice warm welcome with everything you could want or need. And being able to bring your house friendly pet with you is great.

Close to everything. Lots of doggie comfort amenities. Enjoyed our stay even during a huge thunderstorm we were all warm and cosy. Would definitely recommend.

We loved Helen and John’s property. The little apartment itself had everything you could want for a little getaway. They have paid a lot of attention to detail and we were never left wanting for anything more. Their house is beautiful as is the garden. Helen was lovely to deal with, and i would highly recommend giving their place a visit

A lovely farm flat with great hosts and perfect location - to tour the area - for a couple and 3 Chihuahua small dogs it was perfect - flat had everything you could need and more and the hosts are the best. Helen the owner made us feel very welcome and also gave us info on the local warrenbool area . Local town was pretty closeby 10mins drive and 15 to the beach front. lots to see and explore. Highly recommend this property. Staying at a location where we felt very welcome and with fantastic amenities adds to our experience. It was my partners Birthday weekend and we were given a complimentary bottle of wine, Could not be happier! We definitely recommend property for a couple or business trip .

We enjoyed our two nights farm stay. Room was fitted out with everything we needed, including providing for our small dog. The owner, Helen, is a delightful woman, approachable but not interfering.

Lots of space and a nice garden. TV with foxtel, electric blanket on the comfy bed, heat lamp in the bathroom and a strong shower, really dog friendly which made it really welcoming and comfortable. I had a great time and will be back to further explore the Warrnambool area :) thanks Helen and John

The booking process was easy, the check in was very helpful and the premises were very clean and well stocked. It was just a short drive to the centre of Warrnambool and surrounding features. Helen the host was very accommodating with our requests and we would stay there again.

Each year we visit Warrnambool around this time and the memories I share with my son are priceless. Staying at a location where we feel welcome and with fantastic amenities adds to our experience. Could not be happier!

The flat was very comfortable and private. The amenities are really good with big tvs, beautiful towels and bed linen and a good size bathroom. The bed was very comfortable as were the recliners! We particularly enjoyed our tea and coffee made with tank water and Bronson preferred the dog bed over his own! A good tip from John was to try the RSL for a meal! Thank you Helen and John!

Helen was very welcoming and thought of everything, especially regarding our dog. The little extras were an added bonus and the area is quite and relaxing. Great selection of magazines, DVDs and books.

Helen was great, went over everything and helpful with any information needed. Place was clean and amenities were great. Brought my Dog, he loved it and very pet friendly, definitely recommended this place and wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

This place is perfect! You know how some dog-friendly properties can be a bit run down, and you put up with it because that's what you expect if you want your pet with you? Not at the Farm House Flat! Its every bit the same high standard you'd expect from any non-pet friendly listing, and your dogs are well catered for too. Mine thought the garden was magic and they were very settled at night. My bed was comfortable too, as was the other furniture.
