We were delighted with greenery of the hotel. Vegetation is amazing! Food was very tasty! Sea beautiful!

Overall, as a family with baby under 1 year old we must say that this place was not worth the money we paid. First of all, it was nowhere shown before arrival that 50% of what hotel offers is not for guests under 16 years old. By that i mean beaches, restaurants, pools, playgrounds… 1200eur per night was way too much for a resort that has that many boundaries. Another thing that we didn’t like is that almost all staff barely spoke English. They are absolutely oriented towards Russian guests who are mainly their guests.

Everything is 5 star in Lujo, room, food, service, simply the best you can get.

Great beach, pools are nice. Room was good, bed was comfortable. They allowed us to have late check out, was a great extra touch for us. Kids club was great, all the ladies there were really nice and friendly.

Food was good at Opa, but other places not that much. Or else you need to pay 80Eur/person+11.5% service fee. Within the hotel outdoor areas are not so baby friendly, no elevators outside for strollers. You need to push the stroller uphill all the time. Sushi bar was really poor.

Very generous A`la Carte with fine dining restaurants and expensive drinks all included in the price. Quiet relaxing hotel, good food, nice shows & concerts in the evening. Everything you need will be taken care by your privet assistant via WhatsApp group. Thank you Inna & Anna We never wanted this vacation to end and we definitely wish to come back in the next season

Other activities that are not included in the price such as massages, boat/plane/car trips and also water sports are very-very expensive. I wish there was jacuzzi and more SPA special facilities such as rain mist spray showers and better inner pool. if there were I am sure to come back also during winter time.

I have been in a lot of 5 stars hotels but Lujo was my best experience so far! Everything was so perfect, the food , the beaches , all areas were so clean , the setting is out of this world.. the entertainment at night was fun! My favorite restaurant was Gaia.The staff were amazing and so friendly! For sure i will be back next summer! 10 plus

This hotel is beautiful, the food is quite decent and it has a lot of choices for an all inclusive. The thing we really loved was the whatsapp service so basically you have someone that makes sure you always have what you want and that resolves any issue you may have during your stay, simply ask and they will take care of it, never seen that before but very good! Cleary an amazing place to go and a beautiful holiday overall.

Everything in the hotel is good despite some little things that really disappointed me. First and the most annoying is the staff. I have been to many hotels, big groups like club med and so on, and I can say that at the Lujo, the staff was the worse I have ever seen. People are not very friendly (despite some, like everywhere), but they never say good morning, they are never smiling. The worse thing are all the russian girls that "welcomes you" at the restaurants, they are so annoying, they look at you so badly and will always start talking to you in russian like you are suppose to be from Russia. The other disappointing point is, for that kind of price, you MUST HAVE some activities included. The price are not overpriced, they are like joke, that's not even realistic. Shisha 120€, at the italian restaurant, if you want lobster pastas, that's 150€ (lol). You want a little flight on they water plane ? Sure, 1000€ for 15 minutes. You want a massage ? (that one got me the most), 150€ for 30 minutes. So yes, overall amazing experience but my suggestion for them will be to perhaps better train the staff by professionals.

Everything about our stay at Lujo was perfect! The views, facilities, staff, restaurants, bars and performances. The service was really impeccable and the staff’s attentiveness really stood out. We asked the staff to book us a taxi to drive us to the airport at 6:00 am. The taxi was late but thanks to the staff’s agility, who managed to drive us to the airport with Lujo’s private transport. The driver was extremely polite and helpful, and insisted on helping us with our luggage until we reached the security gate. Lujo’s restaurants serve spectacular food with a variety of options and cuisines. Food was always prepared and served quickly. Special thanks to our Joy Advisors Anna and Amir for their support during our fantastic stay. Thanks again for my birthday roses, cake and champagne :) Will definitely visit again and definitely recommend Lujo to those who are planning to visit Bodrum and have a relaxing stay.

Lujo is 20-30 mins away from the city center. If you’re looking for something in the heart of the city center Lujo might not be the best option. However if you want to relax, unwind and enjoy a luxurious stay and top notch service, Lujo is highly recommended. Lujo is quite popular among Russians and the majority of the guests during our stay were Russians. If you’re looking for cultural diversity you might want to go for other options.
