Nice big room, good views, clean, well decorated

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hotel's location was absolutely ideal, offering easy access to a plethora of delightful dining options nearby. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and their friendly and efficient communication added an extra touch of warmth to my stay. The place is old, and small. It had ants going around, furniture is old. It just didn't feel clean enough. For the same price you can find better hotels.

Great location, in the heart of Nimman. Excellent to enjoy coffee places and restaurants in th best neighborhood of Chiang Mai. The apartment is great too and communication was excellent.

I didn't like the towels. They're very thin. But that's the only complaint i have. Everything else was great.

The location is the best. The room was filled up with everything you need and very clean. The communication with the owner was great. He is very active and he answered our questions promptly. There is 7-Eleven, 24 hrs Convenience store at the building. It's really good. Highly recommend!

the location is near main road and one nimmanhaemin, 7/11 downstair, comfortable big room

since the room is the condo so no slipper or security box like in the hotel, but nevermind
