We needed to have a place to sleep over between flights. Superb quality/price, the simpathy of the staff. It had all the accomodations needed to sleep over. Transfer from/to the airport exist but they are charged.

I arrived into Bogota from overseas late with a relatively quick turn to a follow-on destination in the morning. The property was very helpful in not only booking but also arranging for transportation to and from the airport. Communication was available throughout via Whatsapp.

There is a weird interaction with the lady in charge. Everything you expect from a hostal here is different. She might tell you many things she will do but she doesn't.

It was a little complicated to find the driver who was supposed to pick me up at the airport because nobody spoke English. It would be easier if they would tell you the meeting point beforehand and not via voice message once you arrive.

You don’t get keys to your room or the house so you have to depend on the owners to let you in and out.

We stayed 6 nights instead of 2 because we really liked the place. The owners are amazing, helpful and generous. It was an extremely clean space.the room with the bathroom is big. The neighborhood is very interesting, not in the center so you always have to take bus with transit but we liked this area more than some others in Bogota because it seems safe and has many local, always opened panaderías, shops ect it was always better to eat there than get lost in the center trying to find local food.

When you go out, you sometimes have to depend on the owners to open main door for you, but most of the time they are home or arriving quickly after you text them :)
