Communication: All our questions (posed via the booking site or WhatsApp later on) were answered promptly.We did not meet the owner. Payment: Went smoothly, no issues, we asked to pay part in cash and part by credit card, and there were no issues. Check-in/out: Key was placed in mailbox, we received the info. online (you will need to have an internet connection for that – or arrange beforehand). Location: Huge building block, at the beach, outside town (you need a car - free parking just outside, with plenty of parking spaces). Some eateries at the ground floor of the building, on the side of the beach. Apartment: It was on the 6th floor, with sea view, spacious (bedroom and living room, with sliding doors to separate). Bed was comfy, closet with space for hanging clothes, ironing board, iron. It was lovely to fall asleep listening to the waves (which were very loud since it was quite windy). In the living room/kitchen, there was also a sofa bed, small table and a kitchen table with four chairs, TV, plus microwave, fridge, water boiler (bring own coffee/tea, sugar), a cooker with two hotplates (bring own salt/pepper), washing machine (bring washing powder), some cutlery, plates, pans etc. Detergent for dishes provided as well as sponge. A/C worked fine. Plenty of sockets. Bathroom: clean, with a shower box, plenty of hot water (bring own shampoo etc). Two towels per person. Wifi: Worked fine.

The first day, someone came by to pick up cash payment and entered the apartment without knocking – luckily, we had placed the bolt and that prevented her from just barging in. Glasses and pans had not been washed properly and had stains. No shops to buy groceries close by.
