Compact and bijou apartment which was ideally located within walking distance of my friends house and lots of shops etc!! Clean and had everything that was needed - will be booking again with the family!!

Could be cleaned properly. Window and doors need replacing and large shower head needs to be working correctly.

Was small so more than 3 people it would be cramped but enjoyed our stay snd would book Again

Picking up the keys was easy with the code. It was easy to communicate with the owners. The appartment was very clean and well equiped particularly the kitchen area. Flat screen on the wall - excellent.

The settee is not comfortable at all. The two sides slide towards the centre and you have the impression that you are sitting practically on the floor. I would have liked a "normal" chair somewhere, but that's me.

The location was good and the kitchen facilities were good. Liked the outside garden area. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of hot water and heating available. Parking not too problematic outside on street.

The apartment wasn't that clean - hadn't been cleaned behind bedroom doors etc. A little shabby in that the kitchen counter was chipped etc. The shower was in very poor working order and not that clean - the shower door and frame needed a good scrub/clean. The shower door/unit was not very stable and the door came off during our visit which could have been dangerous. We did contact hosts to advise but they said it was possible to "just put it back on" - we didn't as it was heavy and we left it standing in the kitchen - hence the bathroom then became quite wet to use when showering. The shower unit needed a complete overhaul and replacement!!

Good location, nice sized rooms. Washing machine & tumble dryer worked very well. Comfortable beds. Nice courtyard. Large wide screen tv!

Heating temperamental, shower very hot! And cramped in bathroom room. No front or back door curtains/blinds. TV tricky to operate well. Some noise from paint shop next door. Also when tenants moved in for one night in the flat above, could hear on stairs etc.

I really try to avoid giving bad review when we use accommodation. We always look for the positives but on this case I have to. Firstly, no, I haven’t contacted the owner directly because having checked the previous reviews most of the points have been raised and apparently ignored. This apartment is not as clean as it should be with tired and well used utensils. I will attach photos of the black mould in the shower cabinet and ceiling (bathroom still doesn't have a working lock). The oven is so filthy it could not be used without a thorough chemical clean so our guys had to buy take-away which negates the need for self catering. See photographs. There are no towels in the deal but this is not obvious as they advertise all linens which could be taken as towels and bedding so that needs to be clarified before you book to enable you to take towels. We travel the country using many many accommodations and this is only the 2nd time in 17 years that there were no towels and the first time we were made aware and took our own. The cleaning ladies turned up today(our guys should have been at work but had popped back) saying we were told you were out today. At first we thought they were possibly there to clean for us arriving but no this was to clean after our stay. The double glazed units are all failing causing condensation in the windows. This flat need some serious maintenance and a thorough clean. For over £120.00 pounds a night I would expect much much more.

the first impression. dirty stairs and some of the items were not available but subsequently provided. the sofa bed is strained and the hall did not have a curtain.
