La camera è molto pulita e spaziosa per 2 persone; si trova al secondo piano proprio al centro di Formia. A disposizione cialde caffè e biscotti, ma la colazione fatta in un pasticceria vicino è stata molto apprezzata. Check-in automatico ma la ragazza che ci ha assistito è stata molto gentile e premurosa per ogni nostro problema.

Nice and tidy furniture with easy access with key lock. Log in was entirely digital and effortless. Personnel showed flexibly. Recommended.

All our expectations were met. A complimentary water in the refrigerator is suggested during hot season.

The bathroom is excellent, spacious, and elegant. The room is bright, clean and there is a coffee machine in the hall that can be used for free. The staff is kind and thoughtful. Great value for money ratio. If ever I will come back to Formia, I will for sure come back here.

It is at the centre , you have everything around . The roo. Is big enough and the cleaning is excellent . Angelo is the most helpful person and very good on advice place to go for dinner or lunch. I loved every single moment I spent there. Thank you

The location was convenient for the ferry the next morning. It was clean. Thankfully, I wasn't staying long.

It was not good value for money. 2 out of 3 times the lift would come up to the third floor to go down, so I had to carry my luggage down on my departure. It's right on the main street so it's exceptionally noisy. There was no toilet paper so I had to use tissues. The coffee machine didn't work. It's self-checkin, so there's no one around to help with any of these issues.

Great location, faultless check-in excellent facilities. Highly recommended!

Good location on the main street, close to train/bus station. Nice buildning. Free tea/coffee making facilities. Good Italian breakfast in the bar across the street.

Check-in is a nightmare. I don't know why the code and the access process not written in email before arrival as usual at other properties I've stayed. Noisy due the lack of soundproof. Not enough hot water.

Very convenient location, comfy room with a nice view, everything clean, helpful and responsive host.

Plenty of coffee but would have been nice to have tea also.

The room was very large and so was the bed. Great shower. Tea and coffee available just outside the door. Very central only a 5 minute walk from the train station. Easy check in and Angelo was very obliging to us with a late check out and organising a Taxi for us. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone wishing to explore this beautiful town just sorry we didn't have enough time and the weather wasn't on our side this time but would love to go back. Thank you Angelo.

Everything was great.

This was a clean, bright, well maintained property. It was cleaned daily and breakfast vouchers were provided - bonus! I loved going to the bar across the road to get my cappuccino and cornetto in the morning.

I liked everything. I will be back!

Great location and it was easy to get in touch with the host to check in late at night. Room was very clean.

Close easy walking distance from the train station and from the port to get a ferry to the islands. The room was spacious and clean with high ceilings, The recommendation for dinner I received from the manager (which I booked in advance being peak season) was excellent. The manager was also really helpful when we left our breakfast coupon ticket for a specific cafe used on Sundays, in the room and rang another bar cafe across the road and arranged for us to have breakfast there

The a/c didn't cool the room down as much as it should have! Check in with their key system is a little complicated but with the step by step assistance of the manager on the phone it's fine. Without them, it'd be very difficult!

Town! Location #seaview! Size of the room! Coffee machine in the residence and the kind Cafe across the road which served marvelous sweets and coffee for breakfast.

The Aircon was leaking, used coffee cups not replaced for second night and there was not enough toilet paper provided. Small things that should not discourage you at all.

Self check in went smoothly with obtaining keys and using elevator etc. Lovely room with high ceilings and air conditioning. The tea and coffe area was great. Nice breakfast at local cafe. We walked to the beach, took about 25 minutes.

The room was so large it would have been nice to have a small dining table in there, but the sofa and coffee table was sufficient.
