Luigi was a very welcoming host and told me many things I hadn’t known about Formia. Lovely room on the second floor of a 1950/60’s apartment building. Excellent location.

Luigi was very responsive to messages. We ran late due to traffic and he graciously waited to check us in. We were grateful.
Also, Luigi is an architect, hence the name of the business. We loved the design/layout of the rooms. The compact bathrooms were very efficient.
We were not disappointed with anything.

We love the location and the owner and his son were very friendly and helpful.
Not crazy about the shower over the toilet and needing to keep everything outside of the bathroom.

I liked being in the center of town where walking to restaurants, sights and the beach were possible. Walking from the train station with luggage was OK (downhill). I liked having help from Luigi getting a taxi back to the train station because it was so hot and uphill. I liked the private bathroom, really nice shower. Very clean. Fridge in nice kitchen. Staff in the office where the rooms are located were friendly.

It was clean, comfortable and practical. Good bedroom and en-suite, with shared kitchen and sitting out area. The staff were engaging and helpful.
The instructions/directions were poor, once we located the building down an ally way there was no indication as to what floor it was on, nor was there an intercom! and no one to ask for help. We had no sea view just flats. Breakfast was not brilliant all that we were offered was cake, tea/coffee. As it was an Architects office it was interesting looking at all the photos on the wall of the office.

Our room was comfortable, bright and airy. The B&B was well situated in the centre of town but was also very quiet at night. Luigi, the owner, is a charming man and is a font of knowledge about Formia and the surrounding area.

The location is excellent. The host was very welcoming and helpful and did his best to communicate in English (his English was better than.out Italian!). The room was clean & comfortable, but quite compact. Overall good value for money.
Unfortunately there was no free parking nearby on the day we arrived. We are not fans of the wet room bathroom but the shower was excellent.
