Brilliant location with fantastic view of the castle and a quaint cobbled street full of cafes and little shops. Plenty of room in the house for nine of us, and enough space in the main room to welcome wider family. Generous amounts of crockery and cutlery. Prompt replies from the host. Good Wi-fi. Lovely bay window overlooking the street below. Intriguing Harry Potter drawings on the wall. Effective lounge door so that children rising early could watch television first thing in the morning without disturbing others. Easy walk to the castle, the Great Park, the main shops and Q-Parking Windsor Yards.

Parking is main issue, long walk to expensive parking with no accommodation discount system in place. People staying in local budget hotels get 50% discount

Brilliant apartment bang opposite the castle entrance where we were attending an investiture. There were 9 of us and the apartment worked really well - plenty of space, comfortable beds and well equipped. Great communications from the owners. Would definitely stay again, thank you!

They asked me about the bank details for the deposit for any damages, and the caretaker took the refundable deposit from my account. It was embarrassing for me because I had paid to Booking.com, and they should explained me about the deposit and other restrictions, I was busy with my guests, and the caretaker was trying to contact me regarding the deposit and saying you can't check in until you paid the deposit. One more thing I didn't like was that my guest's flight was delayed, and we requested a couple of hours more for checking out he charged £170. (Not good that too much) but we paid. Regarding the property, the floors were very noisy, crackling all floors. Stairs end was dis balanced, not good for kids, Too many rats and 🐁 were found near out side the entrance.

Fantastic location on a quaint cobbled street with views of the castles main gate. Lots of shops and restaurants just around the corner and just a 5 minute walk to the station and car park. Short drive to LEGOLAND.

More comfortable seating area needed. One two seater sofa is not enough for 4 adults. Not relaxing having to sit at the dining table to watch tv but we managed. Wouldn’t put us off staying again.
