The property was gorgeous, nestled down in the jungle giving it a very exotic and peaceful feel. The location is a nice distance away from central Ubud, however everything you might need is easily accessible including spa, dining, and refreshment options. The staff were extremely helpful, courteous, and respectful. Overall, Cloud Nine offered an experience to remember and we could not recommend it more. From the little touches, like the welcome drink, to the thoughtful perks, such as the awesome pool view or delicious breakfast, this made an amazing place for a honeymoon. The view is breathtaking! This is a beautiful luxury villa. It is close to the Campuhan ridge walk to Ubud. We had a fantastic breakfast every day made with special detail. The people were so friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again. There is a lovely coffee shop and restaurant, The Shed within a few meters.

Our stay was too short!

Cloud nine is absolutely gorgeous. Feels like paradise in the jungle. It is a little outside of Ubud but that’s what we loved about it. It felt very peaceful with only jungle noises to hear from our room. The bed was the comfiest I think I’ve ever slept in. The breakfast is also incredible as are the very helpful butlers.

The wifi was terrible - very slow. Although we didn’t want to be on our phones much, it would have been helpful so that we could do research and plan our days.

I would have liked to buy dinner and lunch at cloud nine, and not take away. Just becaurse their breakfast was so nice, that if tje made lunch and dinner, it would have been amazing

The staffs were super friendly and helpful. They made us feel at home and welcomed. The food was good and the service was the best apart from our arrival. The trip was our honeymoon, so the staff decorated the room really lovely, we really loved our stay in general.

We were lost upon arrival as the sign was tiny. Besides, when we arrived before the check-in time of 20 mins there were no receptionists as they were busy cleaning the rooms. We had to walk really far downstairs with the heavy luggage. However, when we checked out, the staff helped us bring our luggage up.

I loved the place, it was modern, well furnished. The staff was very nice and helpful always there for anything we needed. The view was so beautiful it was out of this world. I really recommend this place for anyone who likes nature and want to relax.

Location is awsome in dense forest. This is a white Villa and very well done. Manager and all staff were very supportive and gave excellent service
