la cama y la terraza muy bonita la habitacion
no supimos como prender la luz de la terraza, como comentario el abanico de techo hacia mucho ruido y tuvimos que apagarlo pero si hacia falta tenerlo prendido y habia muchos mosquitos los canales de tv muy basicos

Perfect location and good price. Nice friendly staff even with the language barrier were very helpful. Lost power due to a storm so room was upgraded which was very appreciated.
The power cuts were inconvenient which led to no use of the facilities such as flushing the toilet, use of the shower and air con not working during the night made it uncomfortable, however this was out of the hotel staffs control.
However the noise of the security and people out front shouting and having very loud conversations all night kept us awake most of the night which we found inconsiderate as we don’t expect that when we have paid to stay somewhere, this really ruined our stay and could of been avoided.

The location is terrific! Walking distance to the beach and dining. The building architecture is modern yet exotic. The two suites with a deck are worth it. The rooms are kept very clean and there is a small fridge and a nice closet for use. Staff is friendly and helpful. They made a great effort to speak English where my Spanish lacked.
The showers were broken in both suites upon my arrival. However, they were repaired in 48 hours. The island has water issues which sometimes cause water to shut off to the hotel. However, it was brief and the hotel had it reconnected shortly. The streets are sand, so as people drive around in ATVs the dust gets in the air and all over the deck.

Hot water wasn’t working for the first 2 nights, pillows were uncomfortable. Only a sheet on the bed, had to ask for a blanket. No common area or pool, this place is great value for money in a good area but a rooftop chill out area or a pool or something would be a great addition.

Rooms were clean.
We knew we had booked a room with no windows but didn’t imagine it would feel so humid and moldy. The fan just has one setting and it’s fast and furious. The door to our room was exactly in front of an outside smoking area so all the smoke would get into our room. The temperatures dropped and they only provided one sheet. The TV had no signal. To top it all, it wasn’t cheap.

The interior design and location are nice. AC worked well.
You’d think that in a concrete room without windows, at least there would be no insect problems. unfortunately, there was a large window in the bathroom that could not be closed so we still had loads (LOADS) of mosquitoes coming in. also a scorpion on the last night, good company. No 24h reception (usually no problem) but then they leave the hotel open freely to the street for anyone to walk in. Cold showers, non-English speaking staff, quite pricy for what you get.

I don’t like that the bathroom and the room veré very dark. You didn't have an iron, noise at night, I don't know if it was another room, or the ceiling I couldn't sleep, bad internet, and very bad TV signal.

no real common areas or any other amenities other than the room
it is basically what it shows on the pictures even though in my room the bathroom mirror was prettty dirty
for me the price is just too high for the standards its offers

I really like the Style of the room and it had everything I needed: space, comfort, cleanness, AC, fridge, etc.
The staff was very friendly.
I would have loved to have the breakfast option at the property itself as it was a bit a hussle to get into good breakfast places in the morning.
Also some option to lay cloths in the closet would have been nice - it was only hangers.

Bathroom facilities a little run down. Showerhead was blocked with limescale.
Some lights did not work in the bathroom.
