We stayed at Siem Reap homesteading for two weeks and we had a great time. First of all, the owners are lovely people who really care about their guests and their experience. If needed, they are ready to share their tips to make the most out of your stay in Cambodia. The room was spacious, comfortable, and there was everything we needed, including a working desk. everything was clean and well-mantained. The breakfast was delicious! The location was also what we were looking for; in a quiet area, yet nearby the city center.

Because it's in a peaceful location, it is a bit of a walk in the heat of the day to some places in town, but not far. A cheap tuk tuk or free ride will get you there! There are shops and ATM close by too.

The location is very nice as it is out of the party city centre. The building is new,it’s modern design and equipped with most of what a tourist need. The owners are friendly and the breakfast is good!

Its is not what is there on booking.com.no wellness room not clean,owner just do not do bed PROPERLY, put your quilt on top of the bed you sleeping and leave pillow there not arrange on bed properly,got pictures to prove and 1 day not even do the bed(owner forgot)no wipe Bathroom,shower water on floor very surprise how they got this good rating on booking,booking .com got wrong pictures sent,completely different

This is a great place! The hotel is very new and everything is nice furnished and very very clean and comfortable. The hotel manager and his family is also very nice and helped us to plan out trips. We would definitely book again!

My assesment of this house is 10, even though it deserves more than 10. This was one of the most enjoyable places I have ever been. The place is a house, nearby which the owners live. The family is wonderful - kind, responsive, well intentioned and speak perfect english and other languages. The transfer from and back to the airport (with tuk tuk) was included in the price of the hotel, which was very convenient. They offered me many variants for places to visit during my three nights stay there with exemplary two day visiting routes and information about each place we are going to visit. Everythingwas extremely comfortable - the owner works with a tuk tuk driver, who was driving me around the locations for the two days I had ticked for and was waiting for me, ofcourse with additional payment. This was a great relief for me since Angkor is very big and instead of drifting around and wondering where and how to go, I was just enjoying this magical place. The third day the owner personaly drove me to 3 more places to visit, as for each he told me very interesting things and toured me around (where it was possible). In the evening he would invite me to his friends and family and tell me about life in Cambodia. The rooms are very clean and well furnished. The breakfast was great and full, while for the other meals of the day he recommended me very tasty and cheap local restaurants. It is obvious with what ambition and responsibility they do everything needed for their small business. I am sincerely impressed and glad I met these people and stayed with them !

Rathanak and his lovely family made us feel at home from the get go and went the extra mile to make sure our stay in siem reap went great. from organising day trip , sorting out a local mobile data sim card and taking us to the best price/ quality shops nothing was too much for them . qe didnkt take pictures of them room but everything was of very high standard we will definitely be back xxx

very very nice small place. clean. nice balcony. big room.and big bathroom. good breakfast. best is the owner who speaks excellent English and who give u a good impression of the real khmer life and always there if u need support. can real rec this place.

Very helpfull hosts!! Picked us up from the airport and was very helpfull during our stay. He even gave us a sim card that we could use free of charge . Can definetly recommend this place, and cheap too! Would come back again. Thank you very much Nat and wifey .

Nothing, it was great!

I don't know where to start. My wife and myself had more than 2 weeks of trip in Cambodia, we visited 6 different cities and stayed at couple of different hotels, including 5 star resorts. But nothing was close to the experience we received at Prithy & Mutta House. You are definitely going to be surprised by the kindest, warmest and personalized service you will receive there. We really wish we could have stayed there more. The entire family made us fell in love with Khmer people and Cambodia. If you have found a room which is available, don't waste the chance, book it. You can't find any other unique place like this at Siem Reap. This was the most luxury hotel experience we have ever received. You will know what I am talking about, once you stay there

Nothing at all

Everything was absolutely amazing! The hosts were so so helpful and were always there to answer any questions we had or give us advice on what to do in Siem Reap. The room was extremely clean and modern and the bathroom was nice too. We got served breakfast on our table outside at any time we wanted and they even offered a free shuttle into the main part of town, even though it was only a 15 minute walk or 50p tuk tuk! They arranged our tour of Angkor Wat and even took us on a tour around some interesting points around Siem Reap such as APOPO. We could not believe everything for the price! I would not stay anywhere else in Siem Reap! If I ever return, I would definitely definitely stay here again.
