We loved our time in Hallstatt, and the apartment was beautiful and offered plenty of space for our family of four. We were able to walk everywhere--to the falls, the playground and swimming area, the ossuary, etc. We enjoyed stargazing in the garden and just staring at the incredible rock walls. Our hosts were wonderful, too.

Our stay in Hallstatt was made safe and comfortable in the Alpen Apartement. We are grateful to the hosts for making our stay so enjoyable in this amazing location.

Location was great. Quiet and peaceful.
The bed was very creaky and loud. The shower was cumbersome to use. The TV was not fastened to anything and fell off the shaky cabinet resulting in us having to pay over $250 to replace.

great location, near the centre but still calm. The view from our room was amazing. Clean, comfortable rooms, with everything you need. You could hear the owner family walking around upstairs but that didn’t bother us in our sleep or stay in general.

Very comfortable stay for 4 people. Parking included was a big plus, and didn’t take more than 5-10 min to walk into downtown Hallstatt. Value for property was very good!! Host was responsive when needed. Would return!

nothing much except some doors cannot be closed and squeaking sound from floor and bed. but it is understandable as it is mostly made of wood

excellent location, stunning views of the mountains but walking distance to the town. lovely garden with large paddling pool and BBQ. Friendly and accommodating hosts. we had a wonderful stay here.

We forgot to mention an additional person and had to pay an additional 60 euro which was fine but the owner said no additional bed but we found one in the store room. I guess may be it was also our fault for last minute

It was perfect. The house is next to the city centre of Hallstatt. We were walking around the whole city and we find everything close to the apartment. The hosts are really kind. The rooms are big, cosy, warm and clean. There is everything you need to fell comfortable. It was perfect.
There are no small glasses for the schnapps :D

Great location. Very clean house. Located pretty close to lake on a very quaint and lovely street. Gave us the authentic experience
The kitchen had all basic cooking supplies and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay
Host was friendly. Even though they stay right upstairs they were not interfering at all and were happy to help us if we had any questions
