The location is amazing, it is directly in the center. You have any facilities nearby. Directly from the window you can see a wonderful view of the mountains or the town . The important locations nearby are accessible even by walking from the property. Clean apartment and the host was very helpful, he answered me on whatsapp to any question I had.

Communication with the hosts. I was meant to receive an innsbruck Welcome Card because my stay qualified for it, but they never sent it and didn't respond to my messages about it.

Lack of blinds in main room, nobody met me on check-in or check-out, very small bedroom. 91 steps to apartment - should be on website.

Perfect for us a family with a small child enough space to make breakfast have a bath for baby little breakfast Nook for playing with toys lovely views out of the window and so close to walks up the mountain.

Many facilities, nice kitchen, walking distance to the centre, warm, nice view, comfy bed, good value for money, felt safe, enough info for tourists etc.

Bathroom could use an upgrade but everything did work; initially we did not have neighbors but the last night we did and we noticed that we could hear them quite well so somewhat noisy. No problem for us but: - only stairs (no elevator); - check in late, check out early

The location of the apartment is very convenient. The apartment is modernly decorated with a fully functioning kitchen.

The location is incredible. The view is amazing + close vicinity to the Zoo is nice - it is just 15 min walking + the city center of Innsbruck is just 10 min away. The cable car station (Congress) is nearby, easy to go to the mountains. We could slide with kids at the Seegrube station. Sledge rental is free of charge. There are many different types of sledges available, including small ski-balance-bikes, bigger bikes for 6-13 y.o. kids. The apartment is modern, cozy, the wooden floors make it look stylish. The kitchen has everything you need. The balcony and the open terrace with a river view are great for summer. The electric window roll shutters are comfortable to use. There are 3 rooms that can be used for sleeping (the sofa bed in the living room is a great extension of sleeping options).

The shower drain got clogged very soon. It’s better to provide chemicals for guests to solve this problem (special powder or gel). I would also like to have a standing wooden shelf on the left side of the sink. There is space that is not used.

3 hour delay after our 5pm arranged checkin Sat night because key was not left for us. Our phone would not connect. A relative in Ireland finally got in touch for a key. Finally the cleaner gave a key after 8pm. Owner did NOT answer sos emails until Mon. Wifi in his email did not work. No sincere apologies or reimbursement. This made us distressed. Due to this delay, massive concerns about sleeping in the stairwell we did not get supplies for Sunday. Nothing opens on Sunday. NO shops nearby. Unit faced very busy road and scaffolding blocked all windows. Not enough lighting for kitchen bathroom living areas. Bed space was hole in the wall. Climb on bed every time for light. Shower sooo tiny because plumbing is very hot and sticks out too far. Can hear All plumbing throughout the building. Parties going all night and people yelling in stairwell. This was not advertised as a teenager hostel but we could hear everyone banging on doors and loud music. We've been travelling for a month in Europe and this was the worst place. Even the corkscrew was broken!

Big and nice rooms, kitchen and bathroom. kitchen have everything we needed. nice view.

A little bit old so, floor makes a little noise. check-in to late, check-out to early.

The apartment had enough space for 4 adults and 1 baby. It was very clean. Basic amenities in the rooms, kitchen and bathroom were provided. The location is good with easy access to the old city, river coast and cable car.

The apartment needs to be better maintained. We reported several issues including broken shower head holder, blocked drainage in the bathtub, problem with the TV remote control, intermittent internet connection and loose toilet seat. Only the issues with shower head holder and loose toilet seat were addressed but the others were not (and we stayed there for 5 nights). Although we haven't reported, there was also a loose door knob, which was about to fall. Overall, better maintenance and better response to issues are required.
