No email about entry beforehand. Had to phone for code and phone owner on arrival to identify cottage

It was ‘no frills’, but fitted all requirements. Easy to heat. Lovely artwork a bonus

The location was lovely. Very nice local walks. Lovely view of the harbour from bedroom window. Kitchen very well equipped. Bed was lovely and comfortable. Used local buses which was a very good service. Gas fire gave off a good heat. Lovely area to explore.

would have liked the toilet roll on the wall as was awkward to turn round to get it from top of cistern. Could have done with buffers on slopes at windows as bumped my head a few times. Had to put chair in place so that we had to walk around it to prevent another bump. Did not realise that the East Nuek would be as expensive as it was. The West Bar charged £7 for glass of wine and £5 for a pint of beer. Fish and chips ( which was lovely) was £21.00. Being pensioners we thought was very expensive. Disappointed we could not get to the Isle of May as fully booked.

The location could not have been better. It is a gorgeous little house and the owners had thought of everything. I cannot wait to stay again.
