The location was ok for getting to other places in the East neuk. The flat was dizzy and it was behind a building. No sea view, it was cold, there were little black flies when you were preparing edibles and I had to kill blue bottle flies also. I only stayed 2 nights as my son was I'll and I am a single parent, they have no one else. I have asked Sykes to refund part of my stay and the owner is asking for photographic evidence of flies, which I did not think to take. Then she asked for proof my son was ill. He is not happy to give details to a stranger. Can you help me get a refund please. I only stayed 2 nights.

Cleanliness, heat, light, beds, duvets. Clearer instructions on how to access the flat. I had to enlist the help of the owner of a shop she didn't even know where it was. We found it after 30 mins. Make clear there is absolutely no view from the flat.

Nice comfy apartment. Lovely location within a short distance of many similar sites. So peaceful.

location was brilliant. Harbour was beautiful. Garden was lovely and spacious.Plenty of outside seating. The apartment had everything needed and more.

The sofa was a little uncomfortable and the and bed mattesses need replacing as you sank in the middle

The location is very close to the harbour. There is a garden available. The standard of kitchen was very good and also a wash machine is there.

The beds upstairs were a too soft. The wifi access didn't work. There is no view to the sea.

Location very good & garden handy when weather allowed.

We had trouble with internet but contact said it was working.
