The property was nothing like how it was advertised. It was disgusting - damp, mouldy, filthy etc. The owner showed me a video of what was meant to be the property on the day we arrived but it was a video from months ago. The carpets hadn’t seen a hoover for month! There was hair everywhere, leftover rubbish from previous guests lying in the rooms, the fridge was filthy and still had stuff from previous guests - one of which was a bottle that had gone mouldy! Slugs in the rooms, stains on the sheets! The place was a disaster. I tried to get a refund and the refund I was given was inadequate to how bad the property was!

Superb beds and clean bedding. Good for travel to the etihad stadium as we watched Soccer Aid
Needed a good clean. Cobwebs everywhere. The garden needed weeding and the front needed sprucing up. The windows were filthy

The house was clean and the host ensured we had tea, coffee and clean towels. He was informative and answered all my questions. We even got a slightly earlier check in which was great!
The house is a little dated and could do with a freshen up. It was a shame the yard wasn't secure with a gate too.

I liked the spacious rooms including the living room as we were expecting it to be alot smaller than it was! Really comfortable and family orientated as we had a child with us who loved the garden with grandma.
I didn’t like the hygiene in the house, pots and pans were in cupboards unwashed and there was dust on the sides of the bed along with the bathroom having a mat inside it which was unclean.
