Front house were great as was the surrounding restaurants within the complex.

my biggest disapointment in Philippines so far! it starts with never responding on my request for early check in, it was non refundable so i guess they did not bother? the apartment looked verry nice on the pictures but the reality was verry disapointing! leaking sink, flooding shower, no toiletries like the advertisement said(only 2 tiny shampoo testers). thin cheap blankets. also the staff was rude & unproffesional! add to all this it was verry expensive for what they offer. d'ont fall for there trap!

Location - it was in the middle of the city. Flexibility if you needed to store your luggages for a couple of hours after checkout.

Parking - we were not allowed to be dropped off at the front because of city regulations. We had no choice but to go through the underground carparking but was asked to pay minimum rate of P50. P50 is nothing, however we find it off that we are being asked to pay for something we are not using. Reception - This is the only hotel I’ve been to where the Secuirty Guards ran the reception after hours. No issues with the services provided by the SGs as they were really excellent in their job - We just hope that they are being paid on top of what their main role is meant to be. Toiletries - They don’t provide basic toiletries. We stayed more than 2 nights and we were told that they don’t replenish toilet paper rolls. The management just probably need to get a refresher on how a hotel should operate. They have great employees who is just following rules - their hands are tied with the rules and policies the management makes.

parking is inefficient. one of our bags were missing when they came up from storage holding after checkout, had to ask the gentlemen to go look for it because they didnt notice

Location, staff and parking were very handy for a stay right in the heart of the city. Check in went really smoothly and whenever we needed anything extra for the condo(toilet roll, washing up liquid) the staff was super responsive. If you want something within easy walking access of many of the sites, I would recommend this condo.

Really not a lot to fault with this condo. Worked really well for our family stay.
