Πολύ βρώμικος χώρος , παρατημένος εξωτερικά.
Καθαριότητα ανύπαρκτη , μόνο επιφανειακή. Μούχλα στους αεραγωγούς βρώμικα στο πάτωμα , ψίχουλα και υπολείμματα τροφών στην κουζίνα και τον φούρνο μικροκυμάτων.
Αν και είχε καφετιέρα ( με κάκιστης ποιότητα κόκκους καφέ ) δεν είχε ζάχαρη!!! Μόνο αλάτι !!!
Το χειρότερο , τελείως ανασφαλές. Όλα τα δωμάτια έχουν απλά παράθυρα με απλό γυαλί που βλέπουν στον τρομακτικό σκοτεινό και βρώμικο εσωτερικό διάδρομο. Ούτε παραθυρόφυλλα ούτε κάγκελα.
Έχουν γίνει τυπικές αναβαθμίσεις σε φώτα και φωτιστικά και γυψοσανίδες για εντυπωσιασμό αλλά υπάρχει αδιαφορία για την ασφάλεια των ενοικιαστών.
Κανενός είδους ηχομόνωση. Όλο το βράδυ άκουγα τη βρύση και την τηλεόραση του διπλανού ( που δεν έκανε πάρτυ)
Στην προσπάθεια που έκανα να επικοινωνήσω με το προσωπικό τηλεφωνικα δεν υπήρξε ποτέ απάντηση. Αναγκαστικά να κατεβάσω το what s up με 3G γιατί εκεί είχε αποφασίσει ο οικοδεσπότης να μου στείλει τις οδηγίες παρόλο που του ζήτησα να μου τις προωθήσει στο mail

Awesome location and apartment. Couldn't pick a better apartment especially for the price. Great communication with the host. Everything was so good I mean location apartment and the city of course!

spacious apartment in perfect location, free parking in front of the entrance to the flat (if there is place), paid parking in 100m (5800ft/day)

aesthetically pleasing, clean, and great location.
-main shower wasn’t practical. (Water went everywhere and we had to use the second shower)
-A couple of doors didn’t lock properly.
-Air conditioner wet the whole floor and had to be shut down.
-Beds were uncomfortable.

The apartment was very spacious and luxurious the location is amazing up to 20 minutes walk from all the major sites in Budapest the opera building out side your window
The building entrence is neglected and under renovations and the ac is nothing more the ok

I loved the high ceilings in the large apartment. The location is great, near the Opera, close to metro and grocery store :)

Great property with an amazing location. next to the opera house(temporarily closed and under renovation, will reopen in March) and two steps away from the major high end shops. very nicely furnished with some great features like the automatic coffee machines and an amazing kitchen.
at the moment due to renovation of the opera house there are works right in front of it and the entrance experience of the building is not the best. with a very small lift.

All was great! From arrival to the end our hostess comunicated with us to assure everything is fine.
The placement on the centre, closely to Danube and the restaurants.

Everything was great! The area is excellent, the apartment has everything you require! Also Arpad helped us with every piece of information we needed! 10/10 would choose this property again!

Very clean and stilish design. Evereything is here, including two different coffee mashines.
If you want to stay on a building site, you can stay here. The reconstruction of Opera theatre is going straight before your window. The workers start on 7AM, so be ready for early wake up.
The apartments are renewed from the old flat.
Two bedrooms windows are made directly to staircase, so you here if somebody come in, all the night, you hear, how the door to the street is open and close.
You cannot use shower in one bathroom because it is made very low above the bath.

It was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Met all the needs of 7 in the family. Good position for visiting main sites and restaurants and bars. I have no problem in fully recommending this property. Communication with the owners was very good and their instructions to gain access was spot on.
