We were up here for a gravel cycling getaway with friends and the house was perfect for a group of 9. The location was ideal - right next to the FUTS trail, which was a gateway to epic days on the bike! The house was very homey and had all the amenities, including a dream kitchen. The only downside was the mattresses. They were very well-worn - if you weren't sleeping in the exact middle, you were in a crater on either side of the bed. Otherwise everything was great!

We came up for a graduation and our entire family was able to stay together to celebrate. We had 10 adults and never felt crowded or uncomfortable. Well supplied kitchen, nice big yard, and all the amenities you could ever need! We will definitely be back for the next one!

We have been here before with friends and decided to stay again with family. The accommodations are hard to beat. We love staying here and will probably be back again!

Plenty of Room for the family to spread out didn’t feel crowded at all. Kitchen was very spacious to cook and gather in. Family enjoyed the stay, very pretty with the snow on the ground!

We traveled from the East Valley for the long MLK weekend. We had 6 adults and 5 kids and the property offered something for everyone. We packed for 1-3" of snow and by the time we left we had 18"...so check the weather forecast LOL Beautiful neighborhood, awesome cook's kitchen, comfy beds and the owner was terrific to work with. Went above and beyond for sure. Great place for multiple families or multiple generations.

House was great. Equipped with everything needed for a family with all ages. Conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. We had a great time playing in the snow and them warming up by the fire. They even had a Christmas tree set up for the stay. Thanks for a great home for our get away.

The home was attractive, spacious and clean. We loved having 6 bedrooms (one is a converted office, so no closet) and 3.5 baths. We all especially loved the open kitchen and enjoyed the surprise of discovering the large pantry. Downside was that the oven would kick off during use and we’d have to reset it at the breaker. Not sure why this kept happening, if it’s user error than post specifics instructions! We also agree with other posters that it would be best to mention upfront that the house is nut-free. We spent most of our indoor time relaxing around the fireplace, hanging in the dining room and kitchen and again, loved the wide openness of the area. Great laundry room by the way! And the home is only a mile from a plethora of shopping and restaurants. (oh, two of the bedrooms could really use new mattresses, the master and the no closet bedroom. )

Rental manager was responsive and house was comfortable. Instructions were clear. Enjoyed our stay.

This home is very clean with all the amenities, kitchen was fully stocked beds very comfortable with lots of extra blankets and pillows. Quiet neighborhood. The communication was great too!

We (6 work colleagues) stayed 3 days. Upside - beautiful home, property, neighborhood. Quiet, lots of parking!! everything needed was available. Downside - Nut free environment information should be included on the initial description. Receiving this info the day before arrival did cause some inconvenience for the 6 travelers.

Everything was perfect for our daughters wedding weekend.

We enjoyed our stay - plenty of room for our party of 11 adults and 5 little kids. The kids enjoyed the backyard, adults enjoyed the hot tub. Plenty of pots and pans to do all our cooking. Everyone said their beds were comfy - just an overall great experience!

Delightful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Even fans for the bedrooms! Backyard had a great sitting area for the mornings or nights. One minor thing is the pavers have settled and were uneven for the kids running around. We overcame that ha! Lots of space inside the house and great tables for games.

Great home for our family and bridal party -total of 14 of us ! Nice to have actual beds to sleep on for everyone and not pullout couches. Would highly recommend!

We visited Sedona and the Grand Canyon as our main destinations- this property was nicely situated in “the middle”.
