This property is beautiful, comfortable, very clean, the kitchen has everything you need, and a breathtaking view! Our family had the best time and made some wonderful memories. John was great and on top of everything.

The house was very nice. Looked new or newly remodeled. Open kitchen. Had everything you need for light cooking. Nice view. Very quiet neighborhood. The Host left us yummy snacks which was very nice.

From the moment I opened the front door and walked in I knew this place was going to be amazing. The downstairs entryway has two convenient benches to sit down and take off your shoes. There is also a full sized laundry room, coat closet, two beautifully decorated bedrooms with sliders to the outside patio and a full bathroom. In addition, the game room in the garage was a great surprise! There is a ping pong table, small air hockey table, kayaks, paddle boards and sleds. We visited while it was snowing so we didn’t use any of the lake toys but really nice they are there. We had a blast playing air hockey! Upstairs … wow the view is stunning! The kitchen is huge and stocked incredibly well with everything you might need and then-some. There is even an air fryer, crockpot, an arrangement of spices, olive oil, etc. The hosts have literally thought of everything! There is a cozy fireplace to sit by and relax after a day on the mountain or lake, a large assortment of games for all ages, a guest bathroom and gorgeous master suite with another cozy fireplace. The linens and towels are extremely high quality, the house was spotless and the owner was extremely communicative and easy to work with. They also left an extremely thoughtful little gift for our arrival. You don’t get any better then this place. It is my new favorite home away from home. I didn’t want to leave! I will for sure book this amazing property again!

Beautiful condo, very clean, comfy bed + pillows, was actually more spacious than I thought it would be. Location was very peaceful, gorgeous view. Owner was a blessing to work with! Hope to visit here again next winter!

The pictures online are beautiful but they still don’t do the view justice. It is breathtaking. We had a really nice time with our family at this rental. Very relaxing and spotless. We were able to play in the snow right out back from the property. We played many of the board games and puzzles. They had every single kitchen item you could ever imagine. We frequently use VRBO and this is by far the cleanest property we have ever stayed at. Can’t wait to return!

The pictures don't do this home justice it’s even more beautiful in person. It reminded me of the Disney Grand California Hotel. We had a 5 star experience for sure.

This place was perfect for our family winter getaway. We loved everything about it! Kim and John were super helpful and the place feels brand new.

John's place is immaculately clean, well designed and with fantastic amenities. Modern Rustic is a very accurate description. The views are incredible and it's a very comfortable place to be. Highly recommended.

Look no further for your ideal mountain getaway, it exceeded all of our expectations. Every detail has been thought of and provided. We enjoyed coffee in the morning in full view of the mountains. The garage was an added surprise with a ping pong table, small air hockey table and kayaks / paddleboards. In a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, it was exactly what we needed to relax and recharge for a few days. We hope to return for some snow this winter!

The property is very upscale, newer construction or renovation, and tastefully decorated (no kitschy cabin decor.) The views, especially at sunrise, are spectacular. The hosts are communicative and friendly. Our family of five with three children under the age of 7 were very comfortable. There is a games room in the garage, snowplay equipment, and puzzles/books/board games, etc. We would definitely stay here again when skiing China Peak!

This home condo has what it takes for a wonderful getaway. Very clean , tasteful , comfortable and obviously breath taking views. Kitchen was equipped with everything you needed and by top brands, which adds to that feel that you are home. I always clean a rental before I settle .. not this one ! couldn’t find anything that needed extra cleaning .. from the bedding that smelled so fresh and clean , to the spotless floors. It was definitely a 5 star hotel experience. The owners are sweet and kind and very accommodating and thoughtful . If your thinking of renting it and it’s actually available, do it blindly. It’s worth every penny and more some. I have no doubt I will be someone who renting it again ..please be kind to it.

We loved this house! The house is beautiful, wonderfully appointed and in a great location just a few minutes from town. The spacious family room looks out onto a beautiful view. Communication with John was very easy and he took care of any questions we had immediately. Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip unexpectedly short, and my children cried because they loved it so much. We can't wait to come back!

This was our first time experiencing Shaver Lake and this property was perfect for our family. We received clear instructions with directions to the house. Upon arrival, the property was spotless. The views were spectacular and the property is located a short 5 minute drive from the lake and restaurants. An added bonus was the garage - we found a ping pong table, air hockey and stand-up paddle boards and kayaks that are available to take to the lake. We will be returning next summer!

This is a lovely property and accurate to the owner's description and photos. Actually, it is much better in person! I have stayed at many VRBO's, and for me, this is by far the most well thought out and organized rental to date. Check-in was easy and the house was very clean and well organized, which I appreciate very much! The property manager made themselves available and very easy to get a hold of. Great, safe neighborhood and the view on the deck is truly exceptional! I highly recommend this property!

This is a lovely property with loads of space, high quality amenities, beautiful views and John was a brilliant host before, during and after. I would highly recommend making this your base to explore the local area. Biggest food tip - order pizza from Shavers Pizza 1 to 1.5 hours before you need to. Actually some of the best pizza we have had... so it’s popular!

We stayed for 4 nights at this property. The owners were very responsive and helpful. They left us a lovely welcome gift and some local fruit. The townhouse itself is gorgeous. It is well stocked, has comfortable beds, and beautiful views. We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely book this property again if we return.
