Lovely view , nice sized pool and pool area, plenty of outside furniture, great kitchen, plenty of storage, bug grill outside.

We liked the quiet neighbourhood, location (close beach and restaurants) and nature, swimming pool was very practical.
House has everything needed for a stay, it is very well equipped.
Staff is very friendly, kind and helpful.
The checkin procedure could have been a bit more precise - after entering through the main gate, it wasn't clear where the house is exactly located, we had to look for it for a few minutes.

We really enjoyed the swimming pool and the rooftop patio. We liked that the area was very quiet but there was a grocery store and restaurant within walking distance. The busstops are also right there.

location was great and the layout of the property was good
it was cold. the wall units did not heat the villa adequately even if we had them on all evening. we had a separate heater brought in but they stopped working after 1 night. because it was so cold the shower room never dried out. also the BBQ was rusted and unusable. general TLC needed.

Wonderful and a very helpful management company, a clean and spacious villa perfect for a work retreat with a small group of friends looking to unwind, a quiet location, and a number of beautiful beaches just around the corner! Highly recommended!

Amazing location, great facilities, wonderful staff and very good value for money! I would highly recommend #6 Greco Mare Villa!
Such a great find and so much better than staying in a hotel! it’s in a gated development and the Villa felt very secure. It is a very peaceful place and one of the best villas by far in Protarus. There is a local shop for necessities and a restaurant next door.
The Villa manager contacted me on WhatsApp to chat, which was very useful and also arranged hotel transfers.
I highly recommend this property. Thank you.

Nice villa with beautiful outlook, quiet and peaceful. Villa was clean and well presented, arrival instructions clear and was able to get into the villa on arrival at 12 noon by prior arrangement. Liked being left alone, although a text or phone call checking we were OK would have been nice. Info on the villa and surrounding area was also useful.
I was put off by the endless rules, do's & don'ts with fines for overuse of electricity & air conditioning, not emptying the bins and not cleaning in the BBQ, out of hours assistance calls, loss of villa key etc.. Ranging from 30 to 150 euros. In 18 years of staying in 1 to 2 villas a year I have never been barraged by some many warnings and left you constantly conscious of energy consumption etc. I was paranoid when using the safe as there was a call out fee if I messed it up.
