Convenient

The rooms are spacious and cosy. Quiet and comfortable street. Not far from the centre. There is a supermarket and street markets next to this location. Plus there is a nice kitchen for common use in the hotel.

Truly lovely place, the sweetest hosts and great value for money. Place is equipped with all you need, even a small kitchen if you want to prepare your own meals. We were offered a better room (one with balcony) that what we initially booked with no extra costs. Also, laundry service & several fresh towels during our stay. Location is good too, if you want to explore China Town (15min walk from An Dong market), next to a bunch of great diners & street food carts & 7min walk to bus stop to center. We extended our stay because we loved it here. Really felt like home. Thank you for having us!

There is construction in the next building, so some noise going on in the mornings. We weren't bothered much by it, and it's temporary, nothing the hosts can do.

The room was very spacious, comes with everything you need. The room we stayed in also had a little balcony which was really nice.

Very, very friendly and helpful hosts. And it's a very quiet place (being in a big city). To go to City Center you just take Bus No 1 around the corner...

Location: A little bit far from the airport. My estimate is would take an hour and a half to get to the place depending on the traffic condition, but hey! the place is very easy to locate. Just tell the driver 37 An Diem Street, and they know the place. Price: affordable (good value for money). Room: very clean and decent enough to stay. Toilet and Bathroom: has shower, heater, bidet (we stayed in the room on the first floor across the kitchen ) Security: The main door/entrance is always locked and you are given keys for it. You are also given your room keys. It's a very secured place since there are cctv's installed in every floor. Amenities: Very reliable WIFI connection, cable television( a lot of English channels), aircon, fridge, water heater, cups, and slippers in our room. If you plan to cook or heat pre-cooked meals, you are allowed to use the microwave, the induction cooker. They also have washing machine though we did not use it. Feel free to ask the couple who are the parents of the owner. They are very warm and helpful hosts. Neighborhood: It's Chinatown.😇 So, pretty much everything is accessible malls, markets, just outside you can buy food, convenience stores, stores that sell spices, hospitals. We did a lot of walking just to explore the place. Phone Sim Card: I bought one at the airport for 250,000 VND. Unlimited data for grab and google purposes when outside. Do I recommend this place to other travelers: Definitely. Should I be back to Ho Chi Minh, I will definitely book this hotel again. I love how warm and helpful the hosts are. Room is perfect. In the room where we stayed, it has a balcony. Though there's nothing lovely to see in the balcony only concrete walls of other nearby structures, It is a perfect place where you can hang the clothes you have washed to dry.

The owner is very friendly. She gives me food every night. The bed is comfy and the room is big. It's quiet so you can relax.

The family was wonderful, I was cooked delicious home meals. Very friendly and comfortable stay, felt like a home away from home
