Accomodation was exactly what I needed for my stay.Location was ideal for the activities i wanted to do.Staff were friendly and helpful.Amenities were exceptional.

The room was big enough for a parent and three teenagers. The Kitchen and bathroom are nice and clean. The queen size bed was comfortable. Receptionists are friendly and kind, and the whole property is well maintained. They are secured with gates and one-way driveways. It takes only 6 minutes to drive from the town center, and I think it's an excellent place for a weekend family hideaway.

We stayed in room #102 for two nights. My children got bitten by bed bugs in their bank beds and kept getting bitten on the second night, so they didn't want to stay in bed. They ended up sleeping on the couch and my bed! The cooking knife stored under the kitchen sink is very blunt and tipped. (dangerous, needs to be replaced!) The shower doesn't have a wall, but it's just a hung-up-style curtain. The curtain is too short to keep water in the shower area, so whenever someone uses the shower, water leaks and reaches around the toilet and washbasin. A bathmat got soaked and drenched, and we needed to wipe the entire bathroom every night and morning. Otherwise, we had to take our socks off every time we went to the toilet or washed our hands. I had never used this kind of bathroom before; The shower needs a wall, at least!

For starters, despite the fact that we had to give very late notice to request a change in dates due to our son's surgery being postponed at the last minute, they very kindly let us change our dates to the new date for his surgery. They were under no obligation to do so, but it was very much appreciated.Then, we got there and were delighted at how comfortable and secure the facilities were. As an added bonus, the shower was lovely - great water pressure. Lots handy to the place too - fun activities a short walk away like junglerama.

Reception staff that were on duty were very nice. Young so they didn't really know the answers to some of my queries but they all were kind and friendly

I booked online thinking I had a better room. I paid more online for a room that I found out on arrival I could have paid direct for and it would have been atleast $30 cheaper for each night. Feel highly ripped off. I was told I couldn't upgrade unless I pay the whole price for a new room. I have shared with everyone I know that there is something not right
