excellent location, outdoor furniture lovely, spacious downstairs

bedrooms a bit small, washing machine didn’t work, pool had small leak and dirty on arrival

Location was very good, Close to the main strip and a large supermarket a short walk away. The villa was very clean and the pool a good size.

The beds were extremely hard and could do with replacing some of the blankets.

Very friendly and responsive manager Elena (speaking in English, Russian and Ukrainian). Gave us a lot of hints about nice restaurants and events that happened around of the location

Location was central

Arriving to villa Alexa we were very disappointed with the standard of the villa. The pictures that were advertised are clearly from when the villa was first built. There was bad rips on the couches covered by throws. The toilets were dirty, hair in the bedrooms, cutlery never been cleaned and just the overall upkeep and cleanliness of the house was very bad and dirty. Very deceiving and misleading. Not only did the villa not look up to standards we had nothing but trouble from day one. We were told by the pool cleaner that the pool outside had a leak which the owner knew about and hadn’t fixed. Every day the water in the pool dropped so much so that maintenance were out trying to resolve the issue. On day 1 our water in the house stopped and we were unable to flush the toilets or run any showers. On day 2 we had maintenance out again as the water level in the pool was again very low. We then experienced green stuff coming out of the filters and into the pool. When we told the pool cleaner about this we were told it was nothing to worry about. He didn’t put chemicals in the pool as it was fresh water? The pool itself was also rimmed with dirt. It was obvious it barely got cleaned. By day 3 we had no water for 8 hours. Travelling as a group of 5 including my 1 year old baby this was not ideal. By the 3rd night we all fell extremely ill with sickness and diarrhea believed to be an infection from the pool. Definitely not a coincidence that every one of us was in the pool at the time the green liquid entered the pool and then all of us fell ill. By the 4th day we woken up to a water tank outside the villa, with a hose going into the pool with water? We all felt extremely let down by this point. We contacted Karen who worked for the company who agreed we were within our rights to get moved as the standards were unacceptable. We got moved to a much cleaner villa called anemoni villas. Karen was very helpful and we managed to enjoy the rest of our holiday.
