Clean and well furnished apartment with good air conditioning and wifi. Sylvie was very helpful and provided tips on where to go, etc. When water to the apartment was cut, she even brought a portable shower and extra water to the apartment so that I could shower and freshen up. Located in a gated apartment block, location is good and opposite a row of good restaurants. Walking distance to the main Gosier strip and good central location for day trips to the rest of the island.

Water was cut various times. Apparently it happens quite often in Guadeloupe so something to be aware of and not any fault of the property. Room was located near the open air showers and washing area for those returning to the beach and on the ground floor so may get a little noisy.

The apartment is well furnished and really close to a very nice beach, with a beautiful view. Close to good and reasonably priced restaurants. Easy to get to, close to the airport (around 15-20 minutes), private parking place included. Please have in mind it's located a little far from the center of Le Gosier (although still a walkable distance), but you have most of the things you need close by. Good starting point to explore both sides of the island. Sylvie was very helpful and accommodating, she even drove me to the airport at 5 am in the morning!

A spare roll of toilet paper would be nice;-)

Very easy beach access, clean and uncrowded beach. There is secure parking and building access. The building and grounds were clean and well-kept. The property manager was friendly and efficient. She was thoughtful enough to bring an English speaker with her to the initial meeting, which we greatly appreciated.

The process for meeting the property manager to get the keys is very unclear and awkward for renters, mostly because the phone number given on the booking.com site is the number for the owner, not the local manager. The property itself is behind 3 automatic gates, so just meeting up with the property manager took quite a bit of luck and involved several phone calls and e-mails (in French). Fortunately the non-English-speaking property manager brought her English-capable partner when meeting up with us. All's well that ends well, but this got off to a very shaky start.
