This gent was so welcoming on arrival - I chose here because of previous reviews , and was not disappointed . Clean , beds very comfortable and the location is amazing . Great value for money.

How close it was to beach and how helpful and welcoming the host was. Was always helpful and made she we had everything we needed done.

The entire building was very clean and the room was very comfortable. It also had an excellent view of the seafront. Everything that you needed was there, for example a hairdryer, an iron, toiletries and ample storage space. The staff were very friendly and happy to help. The policy at Evening Tide is that staff do not enter your room, if you need things replenished you ask. This was very nice as it gave an extra feeling of privacy, also helping to reduce waste. There was an emphasis on thinking about the environment, for example through reusing clean towels and hot water times which was lovely to see. Checking in and out was also very straightforward. Overall, I had an excellent stay.

loved the location and the fact that the rooms had everything we could have possibly needed. very efficient friendly staff.
pillows were a little hard but other than that everything was great

Lovely spacious room, good quality very clean towels and bed sheets. Extras that i was not expecting, like vanity and sewing kit, shower cap etc.
Newly decorated very clean ensuite.
The manager was very nice to let me check in earlier.
Great price.
All in all a great place, one of the cleanest, if not the cleanest I have seen.
Soundproofing needs an update, but that is not the managers fault.

Friendly staff. Nice personable but professional approach. Seemed proud if what he was doing, and rightly so. Located right across from the main bandstand on the seafront
Parking off site, but you are on the seafront and there was plenty room in the car park. The hotel can give you a 24 hour ticket when you check in.

Very friendly welcome, helpful owner, great location in the centre of the seafront. Lots of breakfast options nearby.
Rooms fairly small and bathrooms too, although they had everything you might need.

Clean, comfortable room. Facilities and anemities excellent (nice bathroom, excellent shower, well-stocked coffee/tea). Free Wi-Fi was excellent. Above all, friendly and helpful proprietor who went over and beyond to accommodate. Thank you!
The only thing I found was the bed was not particularly comfortable, it was also very warm in the room but then again it was Summer so not really a lot one could do!

Exceptionally clean ..bedlinen and bed comfort first class.
To top it all Nick and Lou were perfect hosts.

The location was perfect and the cleanliness and facilities were exceptional.
The pillows were not plump enough, other than that it was beyond perfect.
