Sally was very nice. Toni was a micromanager. He came off as bossy. The location was nice, right on the seafront.

The bed was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on. The room was not cleaned, towels were never replaced, bed never made, and toilet paper never restocked the whole week I was there. You have to tell them what you want for breakfast the day before.

Friendly hosts and a tasty breakfast. Location was perfect for the wedding we attended.

Parking was available conveniently opposite the guest house, though you had to pay, but it was free after 6 pm until 8.30 am the next day. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They gave us a warm welcome and information about good places to eat and we went to a very good Turkish restaurant on the sea front. Breakfast was very good and the service was prompt and well organised. We had a double room with a sea view and it was just as we had hoped for. It was lovely to look out towards the sea while sipping a cup of tea. We felt very relaxed.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. We were happy with the facilities provided.

Lovely house…easy to find. Sally and Tony were friendly. Tony explained all the information I needed to know and he kindly helped me to my room-despite having a neck injury. The bedroom was nicely decorated and spacious. I had requested a vegan breakfast and what they provided was great for me, washed down with a lovely cup of tea!

I couldn’t figure out the shower, so the water was either scorching or tepid. The bed was a bit firm for my back.

Lovely couple who run the guesthouse, helpful when we asked about parking nearby, you could see the kitchen which was very clean, as was the dining room, highly recommend, we are going back, next time we need to stay in Herne Bay

Our hosts were always smiling and they gave us restaurant recommendations when we arrived which was really helpful. The breakfast was also really good as well as the location. We had a lovely stay.

Opposite beach, walking distance to pubs, bars, shops and restaurants. Very clean, spacious rooms. Very helpful staff, lovely breakfast.

Could have done with a light and bedside table on both sides of the bed, but not really a problem.

Very clean and relaxing rooms. A positive vibe as soon as you walk through the door you feel at home. Sally and Tony are the most amazing hosts and by far the best place we have ever stayed. We are already planning to return. Would highly recommend to anybody visiting the area.

I was so surprised that the guy who owns this B&B I grew up with him and he lived about 5 doors from me Sally and toni are lovely hosts there B&B was lovely and clean the breakfast was superb the bed and pillows was really comfortable could of stayed in bed all day 😴 so thank you both so much for an enjoyable stay look forward to seeing you both again a merry Christmas and a happy New year 🎉 love kay and mick 😘😘
