Great location, minutes from the beach. Easy walk into Bournemouth centre and pier. Apartment was spacious with parking available.

Both the bed and sofas were quite uncomfortable. While pans, plates and cutlery were provided they were quite dirty as was the balcony so cleanliness could have been improved.

The location was good, we could walk to most places.

The sewer smell from the bathroom after we had used it, wafting into the bedroom area.

The property is situated in a excellent position , right by the beach, and nice you that you had underground parking with your apartment.

We stopped in apartment 20A. There was weeds on the balcony when we arrived. There was a consent smell from the bathroom. They had two doors into the bathroom and we personally think the one by the shower should of been PVC as the wood is starting to warp with the water hitting it. There was no long mirror to see yourself in, which we think is essential only one small one in the living room by desk. We had all the windows open as it was exceptionally hot the four days we stopped but definitely could of done with a fan In there. The apartment itself was well equipped In the kitchen area. We had dishwasher tablets left but there wasn’t any dishwasher . The TV kept losing its signal so had to turn TV off and leave it a while before it would work again. We moved the TV and there was a lot of dust at the back of it so the cleaning needs to be addressed. Shame because from the outside the apartment block looks fantastic but like we said great location .

The location is great - in a lovely residential district just near the main beach. From the bed area you look straight out over the sea. Having a dedicated reserved parking space in a private garage closed to the public was brilliant - Bournemouth is so tricky for parking. Having a balcony with table and chairs was lovely to have a drink/meal outdoors. Also the heating and cooling system was good - but would have helped if someone had told us where to find the instructions. The bed was comfortable and sheets/towels spotless and excellent quality. Wifi worked well. And thanks for the chilled white wine in the fridge!

The TV doesn't work - it loses the channel every couple of seconds. Odd to have a new sky router in the place but no sky box - would have solved the problem. The kitchen area was poor - the fridge would not keep things really cool at the front/in the door. Broken microwave unit still in place. The kitchen utensil drawer couldn't open properly because in banged into the oven. The bar stools were uncomfortable. The cold water control came off the kitchen tap. And no oven gloves so tricky to heat anything in the oven and get it out without getting burned. The bathroom consists of a wet room, sink and WC. Really needs a shower cubicle because the water has damaged the door which has started to split apart and makes the room smell damp and musty.

Great position and view. Good secure parking. Frank at reception was very helpful and friendly. Fantastic clean and sandy beach.

Smelly drain in the bathroom. All the pans had very damaged non-stick coatings and couldn't be used. Bad signal on terrestrial TV channels - would have expected cable/satellite or Netflix in a property such as this.
