Studio was perfect and grounds of property were breaking. Would definitely stay there again. Got to enjoy Montauk and have a beautiful place to stay.

So very happy with montauk manor. Staying in robert's place was absolutely perfect. The unit had everything you could want and need. I also loved how he hand wrote instructions on certain items so you knew how to use them. That was a great touch. Take the time to read some of the old guestbooks in the room from people who have stayed there. It was amazing to see when people came and what they had to say. The restaurant Monte's downstairs was one of the best italian restaurants my wife and I have ever eaten at. Montauk is known for a summer getaway but staying in the winter did not dissapoint at all as it was relaxing and just perfect. THANK YOU ROBERT and the staff at the Manor.

What a wonderful experience to stay at the historic Montauk Manor. I highly recommend this studio which has been beautifully updated with a modern kitchen and bathroom. Queen bed and sofa bed are very comfortable. Studio was very clean and stocked with beach chairs, umbrella and everything you need to enjoy the beach. We enjoyed walking the beautifully landscaped grounds and swimming in the pool. The restaurant was very good for breakfast and location perfect being only a short drive from village, beaches, lighthouse. We will definitely return!

This is a great place to stay! We were in a studio apartment and it was perfect for me and my husband. There’s a pool and tennis courts on the grounds as well as a shuttle. The owner was great. Arranged for us to check in early and check out late due to our flight times. I would definitely stay here again. The apartment is on the 4th floor overlooking the pool and tennis courts. Just know that it’s a studio so it’s one large room with a queen bed, sofa, chairs, table, etc. There is a pullout sofa, which we didn’t need. If it was a family of four with two small children it would be okay; I wouldn’t recommend it for four adults unless you want close quarters. But, this was one of the better apartments I’ve stayed in. I really appreciated the beachy vibe and how great the owner was with us. Contacted me several times to make sure there was nothing we needed. A definite YES from me! Don’t hesitate to book this room! Everything was clean and well appointed.

We really enjoyed our 3 days at Montauk Manor. The building is historic and beautiful. We enjoyed a few hours in the afternoon at the pool. To summarize, our stay was stately and relaxed. A rare opportunity to stay in one the oldest manors in America. Robert was a great host!

It is a fabulous building!! Positioned high above the lagoon and beautifully kept gardens. The building is super nice - retro Tudor style and shows glamour of last century. Now its not a new building and shows some wear and tear, but the reception, pool area are great. Good location to go to either main beaches or the fishing port. The appartment is as described, we found it clean and well equipped. I would suggest the owner to change the sleeper couch anytime soon, It has seen its best days. A bit of a refresher would make this a great(er) place to stay. We enjoyed it. Hist was very helpful and responsive.

The room was comfortable, clean, and just what we needed after spending the day at the beach. The decor was homey and tasteful. The towels were fluffy and sheets and blankets cozy. Close to town but in a beautiful setting. We really loved the heated pool area. Hope when we come back the indoor pool and restaurant are open.

We had a great stay and would definitely return! It was perfect for my three daughters and myself. We were even able to check in early! We really enjoyed using the beach chairs that were provided too. Also, we really enjoyed the restaurant and pool at the Manor.

Our short stay at Montauk Manor was memorable for many reasons.. our host Robert was exceptional on hand when there's a need to reach out.. his home was just the perfect mix of chic.. cozy.. beachy and calming the Manor is truly Mesmerizing and old charm our next visit will most definitely be here..

Overall fantastic experience staying for a week in this unit. The owner was very communicative regarding check in process/timing once the room was available and check out process as well. I stayed there with a friend and was very comfortable for us with the bed and pull out sofa bed options. The unit was very clean when we arrived and perfect for a short term or longer term stay with a fully furnished kitchenette and table for eating. I’ve been going out to Montauk for over 25 years and it was my first time staying at Montauk Manor which is a beautiful property in itself. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great stay. Room was perfect and inviting. Host was wonderful and the Manor had all we wanted as a family. Tennis courts, pool, and sweeping views of the Atlantic.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Robert’s unit in the Manor. Great location and amenities; the unit itself is very clean and well sized for two people. Robert answered all of my questions and was easy to get in touch with. Definitely recommend!

The outdoor pool is good. Property is beautiful. The room is good for 2 people. 3-4 people is pushing it if you're planning to cook/eat in the room. The sofa is worn and needs to be replaced IMO.

It's a lovely studio about a mile from the center of town. The building is on one of the highest points in town with great views from around the grounds. Will be back for my next visit to Montauk
