Overall, our experience at the hotel was fantastic. We spent 3 night in total, 2 in an oceanfront room and 1 in an ocean view room. The Oceanfront rooms (we stayed at the 3 story building on the east side) were absolutely fantastic. Great views of the ocean, beach access, quiet, clean and comfortable bed and room. We had a great relaxing time in this room and it was well worth the price. We had great runs and walks on the beach which is miles long ini each direction. The fitness center was clean, spacious and functional. We had some nice dinners and lunches (some good vegan and gluten free options too) at the restaurants and around the fire pit at night (Thanks Rafael - you're the best). Overall the staff at the hotel was nice, and professional and help accomodate us when necessary.

The first night we spent in an oceanview room, which was right above the main parking lot, somewhat noisy, with very limited view of the ocean. In our opinion, these room do not justify a stay at the hotel (and the price), despite all the good things above.

General manager was amazing in changing our room due to location. The rooms, grounds, staff, location are amazing. Memorable experience

The beachfront setting was wonderful, the fitness center was state of the art, and the presence of hardcover books was a marvelously civilized touch.

why is there loud music on the beach and in almost all common areas. The DJ on the beach was way too loud and we had to move rooms. the hotel ls expensive and we came to relax not to party.

I liked the spa and the Ocean, staff was friendly.

It was a money pit! I arrived at the Beach wanted to rent the tent they wanted $250,00 for the day and you would need to spend an additional $750.00, That is crazy.

Great view and facilities

I was treated with no respect by front desk when I complained the loud music from a wedding hosted at the hotel at 1 am. Front desk said they’re allowed to make noise at midnight by law and suggested me to go ahead calling 911 if I’d like to. Extremely rude and disrespectful.

The beach was great

The room was dirty, the refrigerator was broken, and the “ocean view” was a parking lot

Your staff was wonderful, made our stay a delightful experience. I will definitely book another trip in the near future. 😌

I would love if you had a larger selection for room service.
