Brought our best friends from Southern California who fell in love with the saugatuck we have traveled to so many times through the years. Will be back again!

We really enjoyed our weekend at this fantastic property. Everything we needed was provided, and the property was clean and bright.
The check-in and checkout instructions were very specific - enough that we did not require additional assistance.
Only suggestion is some more storage space for longer stays, but this was no problem for us since it was a short weekend.

Every year my wife and I get away for March Madness. We look for a comfortable stay with a nice TV setup to watch the games. Mermaid Cove did not dissapoint. Location was extremely convieient to the local restaurant / bar and shopping district. Home was very well equipped with a great view, sitting directly on the water. Would be nice to visit during peak season to take advantage of the direct access to the pool and waterfront. We had 5" of snow during our visit! No biggie, enjoyed the fireplace!

The house was just as listed! Beautiful lakefront views, a pool, tons of space, and very clean! We enjoyed a quick girls trip and we had plenty of space for the 6 of us. We’ll be back again!

Mermaid Cove is a great property with a wonderful location. Close enough to walk to downtown Saugatuck which comes in handy because parking is so hard to find. I’d like to rent it again.

We had a great stay! We walked to town everyday, sat on the deck overlooking the lake enjoying sunsets. Pool was right outside our back door. We will definitely be back!

We returned to Mermaid Cove for the second year in a row. We loved the pool and courtyard. Location is great. The condo is clean and has all the amenities you need. We will definitely stay again in the future.!

Great condo, short walk to downtown Saugatuck and downtown Douglas. The condo was nice and clean and as pictured on VRBO. The view of the harbor was gorgeous and plenty of outdoor space. Nice heated pool for the condo complex with ample seating around the pool.

Great place to stay! Has all the amenities a vacation home needs. Great walk out deck and patio, just steps from the pool and great view of the water. Oh and the outdoor speakers were a plus! The landscaping is beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet. The location is ideal and just a short walk to town. Will definitely stay again!

Lovely setting. Although the furnishings are looking a bit tired, the two decks are great spaces and we enjoyed our stay.

Good location right on the lake and 2 minutes or less to downtown Saugatuck. Overall a positive stay experience. Only feedback is the PIN door lock was difficult to use especially when trying to get into when it was pouring rain outside.

The property was very well located and just as described in the listing. We walked to dinner in the evenings and enjoyed shopping in the afternoons. The beds were comfortable and the sheets smelled clean. The only complaint would be that the key pad to enter the property was difficult to work and it took us several attempts to open the door (maybe the batteries needed to be changed). I would recommend this property.

Great home! The location is right on the Kalamazoo river with beautiful views from most windows. The unit is clean and beautifully decorated. Just a 10 minute walk into town. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon.

The place tastefully decorated with lots of space inside & out. It was fully stocked with games, books & everything for our kitchen needs. Sharing parking options would help future guests but the views & location was absolutely perfect for celebrating our birthdays!

This townhouse provided a wonderful getaway. The property is nicely updated and appointed with beautiful touches throughout. The decor is airy and fitting for a lakeside vacation. It made us feel happy. The two decks allowed for covered or open seating looking at the lake. We loved the pool access just steps away. The grounds are also nicely maintained. Overall wonderful property.
