The location eith some public parking places in front is really perfect. The interior of hotel is vintage
The cleanliness of bathroom, some hair around the radiator. The room had the small terrace, but the floor of it was super dirty. So actually you can’t use it at all.

The location is excellent, right in the middle of the old town area and walkable to everything.
Very quaint and historic place, bed was very comfortable if a little lower to the floor than I'm used to, and the room had a good air conditioner.
There is a very small elevator to reach the upper floors even though the building is old.
My only real complaint would be that the standard rooms don't have a shower, just a hand held in a VERY slick bathtub. Not a good room for anyone that has issues getting in or out of a tub.

Vintage, classic hotel. Has a 1970-1980 hue, very nice. Great position.
Hygiene and ageé furniture could be better. It has no parking.

Our hosts were charming, personable and extremely helpful. The room was comfortable, air conditioning worked great, and lots of hot water. Loved the large bathroom and tub.

A lot of charm and a lot of potential. Slight tweaks could probably rank this hotel even higher, but the staff was wonderful, it felt very cozy and homely and in times of Covid, it was great to see how clean it was.
Here’s where slight tweaks would be helpful - some local shampoo/soap/cleaning products would be a nice touch and a tea/coffee setup would have been useful. These are really minor suggestions!

Location was fantastic, and the decor was classic old French style.
The comforter, pillows, and additional throw blankets need to be updated. They were all old and showed signs of use.

Great welcome from the front desk! Location is perfect, the room was wonderful, very spacious and quiet, with nice design, overlooking the roofs of the old city! We would stay again for our next trip to Cote d'Azur.

I love this charming and classy hotel with all secured amenities located on the Mazzarin area, just next to the cours Mirabeau. I appreciated the beautiful 'Suite', the bathroom.
I love taking the breakfast which is always a Delight
