Location was walkable to everything. Managment very welcoming and responsive. Apartment was very clean and it was great having a washer.

The Locarion is Locarion, Location, Location!!! Wow. Overlooking the tiny beach area in Vernazza. Doesn’t get much better in my mind.

The location was amazing, but being so close to the water and square it was noisy.

The air conditioning didn’t work.

It was very hot during our stay. Two rooms had AC, but one windowless room didn't and was a bit hot to sleep comfortably. Though there was a well working Dyson fan available.

This property is advertised promoting their air conditioning.Well, there was a thing stuck on the wall that sounded and looked like an air conditioner, but in fact it was some sort of motor that made a lot of noise but had no ability to cool the room down to a bearable level, the only thing that saved us was the front bedroom had it’s own ac unit and that’s the only reason this place got a three. This was a very expensive rental for three days and at the rates that we were charged, the expectations of what one should receive or expect were not even close. It was a apartment style 2 bedroom place, one bedroom had no aircon so it was basically not usable, the amount of residual heat coming thru the floor made the room unbearable even thou it was the back bedroom and would have added in noise reduction from the bar directly below the apartment. We could not sleep with the windows open to add in the cooling of the place because of the noise coming from the bar and the surrounding square. Nice sized kitchen, living room ok, but no television. Bathroom was ok except for the shower which is so small you can not bend over to wash your legs or feet.

Wonderful and clean apartment in the desirable harbor area of Vernazza. Located on the second floor, so the common Vernazza problem of several flights of stairs is not an issue. Roomy two room apartment, with big living area and nicely appointed kitchen. Property manager Marco is super friendly and helpful with any issue you might encounter.

The location is central, close to the beach, local shops, restaurants and train station.

The appartement has two rooms, one has AC not so efficient and is above a noisy bar, the other room has no AC neither windows. sleeping becomes difficult. The height of the ceilings is lower then usual.

This apartment is centrally located for easy access to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. Loved the views from each window - felt like I was in the middle of the crowd without being in the middle of the crowd!

Can't beat the location! Excellent access to the ocean, restaurants and train. Super convenient!

Beds could be a little more comfortable. Hard mattresses. Also AC works but not that strong. Although excellent location can be loud at night, right above restaurant.
