The property is located only a few metres from the water and next to many local cafes and shops. It is easy to access from the train station walking down the Main Street. The apartment was cute an white washed with a beach vibe. It had a useful kitchenette which was helpful for getting your own breakfast. The owner was very helpful with directions and advice on local attractions.

The 3 flights of stairs to the apartment was not ideal with suitcases but bearable and the owner helped us. The hot water ran out with a family of 4 using the bathroom.

Host was fantastic, met us at the station and showed us through town to the apartment. Great location, plenty of space inside.

A few more utensils/items in the kitchen would make cooking a little more practical.

This was a lovely apartment in a very central location. Virginia was so nice and helped me carry my luggage up the 41 steps to the apartment She then gave me a good orientation of her beautiful town.

This is not a place for people who struggle with stairs. The whole town is steep.

This exceeded my expectations. After alot of scrolling to try and find the right place and reading many reviews that weren’t great - this one was was definitely the pick of the bunch. Not too far from the train station - literally a 5min walk! The apartment was super clean and beautifully set up too.

The apartment was centrally located and extremely comfortable. The decor was charming and very well done. The linens and bedding were of high quality.

To access the apartment on the 3rd floor you had to climb a very steep marble staircase.

The location was excellent , you are told there is only a glimpse of the sea , but what a glimpse ! Only a couple of minutes walk to the harbour or the train station. Rooms were cleaned every day which was a surprise - apartment was quaint

The stairs ! We were told we would have help with our bags when we arrived - only help Marco gave us was - here is the light switch - they are really narrow and really steep. right around the corner from the main beach front square, restaurants and gelato places. No real view, but with that would come noice. Perfect blend of quiet vs proximity to everything.

Our train was delayed, thus our host (who I notified) was not waiting for us, My phone would not call him with the number he gave. A nervous few minutes. As the flood of arrivals comes in waves that cannot be missed by the small village, I was reasonably sure he would note the arrival and come get us as promised. He did. Things were fine. This being Cingo Terra there were steep stairs to the appt (would else would one expect?). He helped with bags, but the rest of time these old legs were on their own. We did fine. I am afraid we shorted him on room tax cash. PAY THIS ON ARRIVAL. Especially if you have an early AM departure as we did.

Plenty of space, great location and super clean throughout (bar dust under the bed :) ) Quiet at noisy and quiet noisy in the morning should the windows be open, with cans bringing in supplies for the store on the street below. All part of the experience I guess. The owner is super friendly, helpful and provided information on the local area. Comfortable bed too.

The stairs were a bit of a challenge (41 up to the apartment) and no light in the shower (could be sorted for a little cost.

The owner was super friendly and gave us a little guide through Vernazza after picking us up from the meeting point. The apartment has an amazing location just a few steps away from the square and harbor. It is very spacious, luxurious and greatly decorated.

It’s not something we didn’t like, but just a heads up for people who are not very mobile; you have to climb quite some stairs to get to the apartment.

The host picked me up at the train station and I could check in before the official check in time upon request. In addition, the host helped me find a place to store my bicycle. The apartment is very much in the middle of Vernazza and everything is in walking distance. Would definitely recommend to stay there.

The twin bed was not super comfy. But it was only for two nights, so I managed.

The location is perfect. From the window you can get a glimpse of the little harbor and view on the sea. Vernazza is in my opinion the prettiest town of cinque terre. The accomodation was just wonderful and well equiped. It gives you instant oceanvibes. I don’t think you’ll find it any better for this price. They were redecorating another appartment in the building which seemed really nice so maybe you can look out for that as well if you want and high class apt.

Federico, the host is great! He is attentive and very helpful. The apartment is ideally situated, close to the sea and all the shops. The cleaning ladies are very nice, efficient and discreet. Everything was perfect.

The kitchen is small, though sufficient for breakfast or light lunch.
