The owners were super kind and helpful regarding the bus schedule and rides to meet buses in general. And at the last minute, they even waited at the bus stop with my small suitcase so that I would make a ferry connection. The room was very clean, beautiful, and had everything I needed. The air con for heat was great even though the room was so large and would take a lot to heat. The bath/shower was fantastic with very very hot water. The complementary breakfast of miso soup, rice and pickles was a nice treat. (There is rice and pickles at dinner too). The location was stunning. Amazing cliffs and sea views. It was winter so I did not use the pool nor the beaches but they looked good! Wifi was great. I did not go to the onsen but if I return, will. Very close to the Yoshida bus stop. Not far from the ferry to Himeji. Excellent price.

The owners never answered my questions (think because they do not respond to non Japanese emails). They did not speak much English and I was too rushed to pull out my computer and use Google translate. This place is perfect for people with a car. Without a car and, this location would be better for people who plan their route ahead of time to match the bus schedule. (I did not have a good plan so was scaambling).
