The condo was in a central location. The staff was friendly and the condo was huge.

There was five of us and we only got two towels, we had to constantly be asking for towels. There was no continental breakfast like we were promised, when we asked we were told that we had a kitchenette.

This place is amazing, but the suite was very nice, would go back here.

Well equiped hotel with big rooms.

It's a little bit far from the center. ( I loved it, because the streets at this side of the city 'more mexican' than the other - closer to the beach - providing perfect photo subjects for me, but I suppose it's good to know before booking. )

The night clerk made a reservation for us at a nearby restaurant that was great!

The staff is great and it's always clean

Just a small issue with soap coming through the shower drain from somewhere else, but it was taken care of.

The apartment was big clean and had everything you need for a stay as a family 🙂

The wifi of the room wasn't the strongest

it was very peaceful….and spacious. beds were comfortable and everything was clean. reception staff were lovely. we enjoyed seeing the sunset and sunrise from the two balconies. shower was great.

the kitchen was poorly equipped. we had to ask for a pan. the elevator wasn’t working when we were there. the pool is very small. there is no restaurant - if you pay for breakfast, it is at a restaurant a taxi ride away in the town.

peaceful place, friendly staff, clean. walking distance to la cieba park which has activity days and an outdoor cinema. easy to flag a taxi to town (60 pesos)

the apartment was spotlessly clean, and everything working, the bathroom was amazing hot and cold shower, the staff was the friendliness I had come across in my three week stay in Mexico, a credit to the company going above and beyond.!! and although the pool is only small , it’s clean and a very relaxing after spending the day in the sunshine!! would definitely return to this little Jem when returning to playa del carman 💕💕💕

although this property wasn’t so close to the amenities in playa del Carmen , I’d still give it a 10/10, I’d rather stay somewhere quieter and friendlier and pay for taxi to get to the beach!!
