The property is newly remodeled and very clean. It is very close to the beach and the owner is very helpful. Would definitely making this a top destination when visiting Guadeloupe!

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Magnolia! The room was compact but well-equipped, and was completely satisfactory for my entire stay. Nadine and the hosts were amazing, and the Anse des Rochers community is an excellent place to spend a vacation. I would definitely go back again!

The person in charge was very friendly and immediately available. Nadine showed us around and was very flexible. Highly appreciated.

The description for this listing is not accurate. Pictures from several different locations are posted, which led us to believe that there was more than one room (and by the way that would match the price level). We are a family of four and living all in one small room was not what we expected. We decided not to cancel because the environment is nice and the person in charge was so friendly, but the description must be edited to match reality. Also, infrastructures (particularly the restaurant) are past their heyday.

Location is just on the parking. Bed in the kitchen !

It was a very late booking but I was met me there at 9pm and they were incredibly polite and helpful.

From the moment we arrived, Isabel and Yvan were incredibly helpful. The place is charming with a private beach just a few steps away and a large infinity pool with views of the ocean. We happened to arrive during a complicated time (Coronavirus). Isabel and Yvan made sure we had everything we needed during our stay, going above and beyond at every opportunity. We would definitely come back! Thank you again to our wonderful hosts!
