the property is spacious and has all home comforts and amenities. set in a quiet residential area. All fixtures and fittings are modern and the property plus furnishings is well thought out, suitable for families and larger parties. the property is extremely clean and well looked after, the view is stunning and there is a small beach with nice restaurants and a beach bar in close vicinity, not overly busy, tucked away and a lovely escape!

The location and view.

This is the first time I have ever had to complain about a property I have booked through Booking.com. Booking.com have been very helpful with this complaint. The Child’s Cot had no base/mattress - the host told me it was there but the mattress given did not fit the cot - the 18 month baby girl had to sleep on the floor on the mattress and kept rolling off. Mosaic tiles kept falling off in the pool and the baby kept picking them up and putting them in her mouth. We had no air con for two days. The Host said someone was coming out and they didn't arrive. Chased again, the host came out and looked at it but he couldn't fix it. The man who came to fix the aircon said the filters were filthy and we shouldn't be there breathing it in as they were a health hazard. He couldn’t come back until the next day but we were leaving. We paid an extra 208 euros for linen and a cot which included the tax per person however we didn't feel they were clean enough - dirty duvets and pillowcases. A cot that a child couldn’t even sleep in. We booked this property as the place looked really nice and the host had really good reviews. I think the photos of the villa are old ones when it was looking tidy to show the villa in a better state. Grass and weeds were growing around the astro turf by the railings. There were broken chairs around the pool and chairs with plastic peeling off them. It looked scruffy and had bits of the wall falling off by the doors. Outside there were decorating products, tools and more broken chairs about. We had no water and I had to message and ask why was there no water. There was a problem in the area but the host didn't communicate this to me. It's such a shame to have so many complaints as the view is spectacular and the location is good.

Absolutely fantastic location - the views are stunning. Everything was lovely, the villa was beautiful and we had everything there we needed.

The pillows were a bit flat and beds hard, but it depends on individual preferences.

The view from the villa is exceptional. The house itself was also very comfortable, with enough open space for our group of friends to hang out. The rooms were nice and clean, and there's a total of 3.5 bathrooms, which worked well for our group of 9 people.

The place was amazing for holidays, there was plenty of space for 2 families. Beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding hills. Well equipped, comfortable beds and all rooms with air conditioning. 20 mins walk down the hill to Canyelles beach but better with the car up hill :-). Plenty of parking opportunities around the beach. We had a wonderful time!

Bed innone bedroom was not comfortable.

The place was amazing for family holidays, there was plenty of space for all of us!! Big house, amazing view and very well equipped. Near to an amazing small beach, we had a wonderful time!

The beds are not very comfortable and the towels seem to be a bit old.

Amazing view to the sea, perfectly equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. And Marina is very kind too, she really takes care of everybody’s convenience. I absolutely offer it!
