My son and I had an enjoyable stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly, Housekeeping were observed daily throughout our stay keeping rooms and surrounded area clean and tidy. Our towels were replenished daily and the bins were emptied daily too.

I have one niggle. The slides are only open for a certain period of time during the day which was a shame, they should be open for the duration of the afternoon for the kids to enjoy as some children come later in the day wanting to use the slides however, were unable to due to the time restraint in using the slides. We travelled in April and the water was extremely cold, heated water facilities should be highly considered for the seasons if at all possible but overall, an excellent family resort to stay in!

it was really noisy in the rooms you can hear everything in the corridor and the next door rooms. I even heard someone snoring.

Pools were freezing. Restaurant was not managed well: insane queues to get in at peak times and food in our opinion was not good quality. Temperature in our room was very high (when we tried to put air on on it came out as heat so 30 degrees overnight and we are stayed at the end of April. Slamming doors constantly.

Staff was amazing, wasn't expecting kids evening entertainment with us staying in late October was absolutely delighted to find out it was going ahead the kids loved it, the lady on reception even offered to have breakfast ready for us on our check out which was 3.30am I thought that was so lovely but we didn't need any at that time, I thought the food was lovely the rest of my family didn't really eat much but they are fussy eaters so we expected as much it was great that their was a fridge in the room so we could buy a few snacks and we had the full view of the pool from our room which was amazing, we are definitely going to return

the water park is amazing,staff was awesome,good location took 7minutes walk to city centre on beach,the comfort of the hotel included the entertainments for kids make you don’t want to leave the hotel,but we still travel around as there was many other enjoyments in the surrounding and Opticion to travel by cruise on the sea or public transport to other parts of Spain.overall we had a remarkable time thanks to all the staff at Rosamar garden resort Lloret de mar we look forward coming again.

The hotel is nice, clean, stuff are very friendly and proffesional.The breakferst and dinner are very tasty, there is a lot off different cusine and a lot of choise for eating.The food is really tasty. Location is in a quiete area but very close to the beach and the old town.

The WiFi is very slow in the room and the signal is variable.So if you have to work you have to go to the reception where the signal is better. The gym and the pool are opening from 9. The room are small.
