20 steps and your toes are in the sand! House has absolutely everything you need and is in a perfect location. We walked to Belmont Park, PB, Ralphs, etc. 15 minute drive to Petco to catch a Padres game and we were at SeaWorld in 9 minutes. We will most definitely be back!

This property was a gem. We loved every minute of staying here. It was perfect for my wife, mom, our 1.5 year old, and me. The owner had great communication and check in/check out was a breeze. The listing explains that the garage is very small. We rented a Nissan Rogue and it fit in the garage but it was a very tight squeeze. That’s about the maximum size car that would fit in there for anyone looking to park there. Thank you so much Erin for making our vacation perfect!

This amazing cottage was steps to the ocean and just a couple of blocks from the bay! It was spacious and very clean, with everything you could possibly need for a week's stay at the beach! We loved enjoying our morning coffee or afternoon cocktails on the spacious deck, with a view of the ocean! The proximity to all of the shops and restaurants was an added bonus as we didn't bring a car. This is a property that we will certainly rent again in the future!!!

Lovely home! Spacious with all the amenities. Description was spot on! Close to many restaurants and shops. Walking distance! From the master bedroom you can hear the ocean waves. The cubby/bunk was comfortable for our 22 year old daughter. The balcony off the master was perfect for views, morning coffee, evening cocktails, not to mention graduate school study time. Garage is small but our son’s SUV fit. We enjoyed our long weekend and all were comfortable. Great hosts - very communicative. Would highly recommend!

Everything about the house was great. The deck has a great view of the ocean and we had everything we needed including a lot of toys for the kids to use one the beach. The garage was too small to fit our rental Prius, which was a little bit of a bummer, but we were always able to find parking on Pacific Beach Drive, which was a short 5 minute walk away. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, very clean and had so many fun kids toys. Kitchen very stocked for cooking and organized. Stocked well of everything we needed.

This house was a wonderful place to stay. Perfect location and was just right for myself and a friend. We enjoyed sitting out on the decks and relaxing in the living room. We would stay there again for sure!

This is a wonderful beach home in a remarkably quiet and very friendly little community! It had everything we needed and nothing we didn't. The host was friendly, and in good communication throughout, which is always helpful! I would gladly bring my family here again and certainly hope to!

This condo was so cute. The perfect size for just a couple of people or up to a family of people. It was clean and walking distance to everything including the beach. Morning walks on the boardwalk are a must. People are out walking their dogs, surfing, exercising or having coffee with the sunrise. My friend and I loved it and recommend it to others.

We ended up having to cancel our stay last minute due to illness, and Erin was great about communicating with me. She reposted the property to try to rebook, which she wasn’t obligated to do. We hope to stay there for real the next time we visit San Diego!

The house was perfect - very clean, awesome location, tastefully decorated and just steps from the beach. We were able to watch the sunset from the front porch every night. We had a great stay and would absolutely stay here again!

Property was as described, reviews prepared us for lack of parking and small garage so that was no big deal. Kid friendly property, well stocked, and maintained. We traveled from Kentucky and were exhausted upon arrival, place was easy to get into and instructions straight forward. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much! You can't ask for a better location...the elevated porch provides a constant view of the beach and ocean (plus there is an upstairs patio), the strand way and beach is less than a minute walk away, the house is very family-friendly, there are lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, kids beach toys, etc,...the list is endless. The garage is a bit snug to park a vehicle, but it can be done! We truly enjoyed our stay here! Erin was a wonderful host. She always responded to my questions immediately :)

Great property in a great location. We visited the area during Tropical storm Hillary and the landlords were extremely responsive to take care of a few repairs because of the storm. We really appreciated that!

Property was exactly as stated. Location was fantastic. It was clean and plenty big for a family of four with two teenage boys. Proximity to beach and view were the highlights. Garage is small and we needed a larger car since we were moving son into college. We unloaded and loaded in front of property and then parked on street. We never had any issues finding parking. It was our first time staying in Mission Beach - we loved this place and will be back!

Great location and rental! Beautiful home. Books, toys and games for the kids when not at the beach building castles or playing in water. Rental has all the things you need for the beach for the family (toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc) which is a 30sec walk. 5-10min walking distance to restaurants for to-go dinners on the patio watching the ocean, if you don’t want to cook. Such a fabulous location that was perfect for our family vacation! We all loved being so close to the beach, no need to pack into a car daily which would have been a nightmare. The kids loved the bunk beds. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a smaller garage but luckily we did rent a very small compact car. The other car we parked on the street and you just have to be patient to find a parking space just a few blocks away. Wonderful memories were made by all!!!

We’ve stayed in many places over the decades we’ve been coming to Mission/PB. Erin’s beach house is awesome! As described, clean, so close to boardwalk, great location, and super easy check-in/out. Will return!

We have stayed at many rentals over the last several years and this one was the best by far!! (I only hesitate to leave this review as it may be harder too book in the future..but that wouldn't be fair now would it) From the initial contact with Erin, to our departure, the process was seamless. Erin was extremely responsive and helpful! The rental unit was better than advertised and the location was perfect. 3 doors from a perfect section of beach (directly between Belmont Park and Crystal Pier) and could hear the waves all night...awesome!!! The rental was stocked with EVERYTHING we needed and then some. I intentionally looked for things to be missing, or not working, and was pleasantly surprised. The place was super clean, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, bathrooms were immaculate with awesome hot showers (even a warm outdoor shower to rinse the sand off). I need to emphasize how accurate the description was on the listing...there are too many mention in this review but they were all there! TV'S were awesome (in very room) but with the outdoor decks, patios, we hardly used them. Spent alot of time utilizing the outdoor space, beach time, and ocean views. The best thing is we parked the truck and never used it once. Too many great places within walking distance so no need. We visit PB very often as our son lives there and I can tell you this is a first class location for all ages! Thanks Erin for a wonderful visit! The Spahrs Tucson
