The apartment is incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated and the view from the terrace is absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise - we spent a lot of time on that terrace! It's also a great location for easy access to the beach, and it was really handy that the owner has two private sunbeds that are reserved for your use daily on the beach right in front. In addition, the host was so friendly and couldn't do more to make sure we were happy during our stay, even making some great recommendations for good spots in town for an apertivo. Yes, there are more stunning white sand beaches that you can find elsewhere in Sardinia (we had a car, so we spent a few days exploring nearby Costa Rei), but this was a great base for a relaxing, sunny stay in Cagliari and I highly recommend.

The apartment is absolutely huge and beautiful with a stunning white sandy beach and clear blue sea directly opposite ! Amazing views of Poetto beach from a huge balcony with the wetlands to the back where you can see flamingoes. Gianni was very helpful and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. He went above and beyond which really helped us out.

Fantastic location right opposite Poetto beach. Big balcony to watch the sun rise with a coffee or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening, with stunning sea and beach view. Clean and comfortable apartment with lots of space. Gianni, the host, was accommodating and friendly, couldn’t do enough for us, always keen to help out. Will definitely be returning!

This apartment is absolutely stunning, I could not fault it! Definitely the best view in Poetto, you could not get any closer to the beach and the balcony is huge and the apartment as a whole is very spacious. Good transport links to the main town via bus or taxi. Also some nice beach bars/restaurants on your doorstep. Gianni is also super friendly and helpful, even with a bottle of prosecco on arrival, can’t wait to visit again already. Grazie, Gianni 😊🤌🏻

great location on the beach with views on all sides. located close to nice restaurants. well equipped kitchen and very spacious. we had a lovely peaceful two night stay. The terrace really is as big as pictured and there’s a fabulous view of the moon on the water. you can see the sunset from the upper terrace or living room window, also gorgeous. Gianni very helpful if you need anything, and good to have secure parking outside.

it’s on the top floor, so after lunch was an effort to do the stairs. But I kept thinking to myself it was good for me. the price you pay for the lovely view.

Gianni is a excellent host and we really enjoyed our stay at the Attico! Waking up with this breathtaking view followed by a small breakfast at the beach bar was always a good way to start into the day before exploring this wonderful island.
