The location was great, it was a 5 minute walk to the beach which was great for the little kids. There was a nice view from the balcony and it was a 5 minute drive into the town centre. You can also walk 10 minutes to a coffee van on the beach, next to a kids playground which was nice.

The cleanliness of the property wasn’t as expected for the amount you pay to stay in the house. There was mould on the ceiling in the walk-in-robe and dog poop in the backyard from the previous people.

Excellent location. Short walk to beach and 5 minute drive to town centre.

Fantastic property in a great location, 2 minutes to a beautiful beach. A short 20 minutes walk into the centre of town. Rooms a generous size. Plenty of room for the whole family. Toys and games to keep the kids entertained.

Having to pay an extra excessive fee for bedding. This should be more clearly stated within the listing information. Our bedding was badly stained. It had been laundered but still stained. Should not have been put on a bed. I contacted the management company the day after we arrived regarding this but never heard anything from them. I also mentioned it when I handed in the keys. Very disinterested, no apology only “I’ll contact the laundry company”! No hairdryer, although one included in listing. The management company get over this by sending out a note stating that people steal things so you should bring your own. An extra key would have been useful as we didn’t always go out together. My overall impression is that because Dunsborough is a popular location the Management companies do the very minimum, (well at least this one). No toiletries, no toilet paper, washing up liquid etc unless some has been left by previous guests. Considering what is being charged in rental, very poor service. I’ve run my own holiday letting business in Scotland and have stayed in apartments/homes throughout the world but sadly I was very disappointed in the facilities the Management company provided here. It’s a shame to mark down the property when the issues stem from the management company and their service.
