The location was perfect for our needs and accessing the property was very straightforward. Host was friendly, helpful and communicative. The beds were very comfortable and the towels and linen of good quality and clean.

This property was absolutely fine. However, the water pressure was low, the bathroom smells damp and a small dishwasher would have been appreciated. We are all very tall and the sofa was a little uncomfortable for people of our height and would have been a real squash for 4 people to try and sit on. This said we would stay again.

Amazing appartment. Very comfortable. The kitchen has coffee machine and coffee, boiler, cups. Nice bath. It is very quiet. Spacious. Only recommendation I could give is what my mum from Italy asked me when I was showing her the apartment on the phone:"does the bath has hydromassage"? I think that would make for a nice addition!

Apartment was clean and well stocked with utensils for self catering. Replies to queries were very prompt. Host offered space in the garage to place a roof box in for our stay.

Although the accommodation was in a newly built estate, there was quite a bit of noise from people walking about late at night. Access to a washing machine would have proven useful had we stayed longer.

Provision of towels & coathangers. The well-equipped kitchen. Excellent mattresses. The quiet location.

Very trivial but when using the tv the connection would freeze for a long while.

Good and quite location. Close to poulton park, Southampton and Portsmouth. Clean and modern decor. Full kitchen equipment. Good WiFi and Netflix:)

Foil on mattresses are very annoying. No hot water in bathroom tap. There is a lot of spaces on the road to park but access to garage would add luxury to the apartment.

Just right for our family of 4 (children age 7 and 4) size and facilities-wise. On top of that, nicely furnished with lots of lovely finishing touches and thoughtful extras. Superbly soft and fresh-smelling bed linen. 20 minutes to Paultons Park. All of these factors resulted in a very happy family trip!

Kristy made our visit super easy; she checked our requirements a few days in advance and was especially helpful regarding baby equipment. We had no problems finding the property and letting ourselves in. The apartment is perfect for a small family and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

This is a modern apartment in a new suburb of Southampton with good connections to major roads. We were well positioned to visit Southampton but also the Dorset coast. The facilities were excellent, the place was very clean, and it is a wonderfully peaceful location.

Not the properties fault, but mine. I never realized how big Southampton was, so when needing to get into the main city center, took ages
