it’s a beautiful villa and located in a calm place

The hosts just make this place stand out. Both Mohammed and Jamila are very welcoming and eager to help you with anything. The location is nice. 15-20 minutes walk to the Bangtao Beach with a stroller (possibly quicker if you are without a kid). Very close (about 7 min) to Super Cheap, 7-11, inexpensive cafes with authentic food and local market (open two days a week only). Also, close to the Bangtao Mango Night Market (open three days a week) and Tesco Lotus. A few automats with cheap good water nearby. So, basically everything you would need for a stay away from home is just around the corner. The studio is very clean and looked after. There are all basic kitchen appliances available which makes staying with a toddler easier, because you can quickly cook/re-heat something to eat. Having a washing machine is a good bonus too. A baby crib was provided for free. Also, initially the studio came without a stove, but the owner agreed to get me one.

You can hear neighbour's dog barking and their fence shutters are quite noisy when closing/opening. This may disrupt your or your kid's sleep if the windows are open. But would not actually consider it a huge drawback, because it does not have to do anything with the place itself.

Nice and quiet area. Freindly people. Was close to shops and not far from the beach. Mohammed and his family very nice kind people. Make you feel at home

The owner, Mohammed was very friendly and welcoming and always made sure that everything was alright even though him and his family were sick during our stay. The accommodation was very clean and big and was fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and rice cooker and even a washing machine.We had loads of drinking water and toiletries even toastbread with jam and butter for breakfast and coffee was always available. It was very exceptional. The area around may not look like the nicest but that's alright cause it's still safe and definitely worth the price and service by Mohammed and his lovely family. It's close to Tesco which is a good supermarket and every Monday and Thursday, there's also a great night market right next to it, which is by walking distance approximately only 5 mins away. If you rent a scooter or car you're also close to beaches like naithon, surin, kamala bao tang and patong. I'd definitely book it again!

There was nothing in particular that we didn't like, we really enjoyed our stay! The only thing that we didn't like was that my girls swimsuit has been taken by some other tenants of the property, but it wasn't the owners fault.
